Who knows them, maybe they over looked it I'd guess?

I hope it's not for next summer :P Danko Jones will have a new album out and are a lot bigger in Europe. Would be down right stupid to miss out on the festivals, both for Danko and GNR.

Of course this opinion is pretty damn egoistic, but still  ;)

BTW, the video was posted by Sebastian Bach on facebook... Thought it might give it some credibility.

That's weird.  Way premature if it's true.  Tickets go on sale this Saturday for a show that's 9 months away?  Don't think so.  Why would they even have that commercial made up now?  I'd love it if it were true, but it just seems way too far in the distance to worry about at this time.

I've been looking at others, and I think the date and venue is generic as I've seen it on others....maybe those bands were scheduled to play there but looks generic to me.

To me seems like just a mock up to get this company to do the ads. I mean, I guess they just made up some date for a GNR concert and then sent to approval. Doesn't mean the date is real.

I figured it's not a good idea to get peoples' hopes up. But since this keeps getting reposted.....



A few things to consider.

There's no Friday July 10th in 2010.
Tickets most likely just don't just go on sale without some kind of announcement.
The line up for the show is exactly the same as the Canadian tour.

The video's on Ron's page now too......thought I'd let you guys know.   Do you think someone is busting into their pages Jarmo?  The date discrepancies are weird but the people posting them wouldn't post fake dates........right?

well, ron's always saying that news won't come from him, he's "not a spokesperson for GNR" and so on.. so i don't quite believe it just because it's on his page

NEvermind, facebook once again changed the format recently, so that now when you are "tagged" in anything it makes it look like you're affiliated with the posting.  I read it wrong...it's fake.......the date gives it away, and JArmo's comments also make sense.....I say FAKE           :(

It just looks like a video for demonstration purposes.

The date and place is just put there to give an idea of what the finished clip will look like.

Personally I have accepted this as not true.  I fully believe there will be a US tour at some point around the time of the Canada tour.  Now that we got that out of the way, tickets go on sale way in advance for major bands all the time.  Metallica is playing San Jose in December and those tickets went on sale sometime around Feb or March I think. 

That has to be what it is...but it's a little strange that Sebastian keeps posting it.

I think something just got messed up somewhere along the lines.  The title for the video is Bach in CANADA, yet the video is promoting some fictitious show in the US in July.

No, it is what Jarmo has posted above.  It's just a "template" for future ads.

It's just confusing because Sebastian keeps posting it.  ;)
