Baz has done it before, and Danko Jones are Canadian, decently popular, but not big enough to fill venues like these on their own (which is the problem with someone like Billy Talent, who have their own tour going on a few months later).

Danko Jones has been around longer than the new incarnation of Guns. It seems like every couple years he has a by-the-numbers rock hit on Canadian radio. He's an entertaining enough performer. They're a good band, I've seen them live a couple of times. I'm not sure who to compare them to...maybe White Stripes as far their song structures go. "First Date" and "Sticky Situation" are two of my other favourites.
