Hard Rock HeroesLast month, Splash Page brought you the exclusive news that Bluewater Productions plans to re-publish "Rock 'N' Roll Comics" in a series of 10 bi-monthly graphic novels that will feature the likes of The Beatles and several other famous musicians.

The first volume, "Hard Rock Heroes," is comprised by several biographical comics focusing on Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Megadeth, Black Sabbath and other heavy-rocking bands. Thanks to Bluewater, we're bringing you an exclusive first look at the cover for "Hard Rock Heroes," which ships to stores in February 2010.

MASTODON, STEVE VAI, JOE SATRIANI, SLASH To Have Speaking Roles In 'Metalocalypse' - Oct. 13, 2009

Brendon Small, co-creator of "Metalocalypse", the smash hit animated series on Adult Swim featuring the fictitious metal band DETHKLOK, has revealed to MetalSucks that Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Slash and members of MASTODON will all have speaking/voiceover roles in the series' next season. "We just recorded MASTODON in the upcoming episode and they were? we were blown away," Small (who is also the frontman of DETHKLOK) said.
