Even going so far as to make the division III Juniata Eagles college squad for only a year before ending my college service for the military. Ahh those were the glory days!

Started varsity baseball 4 years at my high school, could have gone D2 with some offers but I declined them -- was sick of the politics of baseball and all the 'trustworthy' teammates for the 4 years. Lost some really good friends during those years... Played indoor soccer in high school, but it wasn't a varsity sport, just a highly-competitive club level sport. Statistician for baseball and football, rink announcer for varsity hockey. Because of that, I lettered in three sports without ever playing a game.
