I've held out on joining facebook so far, but I'm sure I'll eventually get sucked in. I think even my mom got on there at one point, not sure if she's still there though. I can't see her writing on people's walls. She has trouble working an answering machine.

Myspace seems to be slowly dying huh? I got on there a few years back and it was all the buzz, now it seems like nobody uses it anymore. Everyone has switched over to facebook. Personally I don't see the big difference. And we litteraly carry with us thousands of songs in our back-pocket. People still care alot about music! Difference is we care about much MORE music! I figured out that the date was from an outside source just by reading this thread. I think those that skim or just see a date get the blinders on. I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just easy to see what you want to see in those type of situations.
If it helps any, I called The Crash Mansion about the date and I asked them if GN'R were scheduled to play there on 10-24. They put me on hold and then told me "no".
