Here Today... Gone To Hell!

I came across this bizarre article on the internet yesterday http://www.lemondrop.com/2009/07/07/is-megan-fox-bad-for-women/2  . I don't know very much about Megan Fox except that she is stunningly beautiful. When I saw TRANSFORMERS REVENGE OF THE FALLEN, it occurred to me that she is to boys and men what Edward Cullen is to girls and women, an unattainable fantasy. I read some of her supposed crude comments, and I laughed out loud.. She is so funny and a true original. So much better than vapid blondes who act dumb. Anyway , I like her.

I think she's overrated

As an actress, definitely!  But man is she hot!  Perfectly suited to Michael Bay movies... minimal talent, but tons of aesthetic value. ;)

extremely overrated and she wouldn't make my Hollywood/famous top 10 as far as being hot goes either.

Hmm, from what I've seen...she is one incredibly fine piece of ass...but then again, I haven't seen her movies.  I've seen the trailers.  I've seen her interviewed on Entertainment Tonight.  I don't know what she is for women, but for men like me, she's pretty damn close to perfect.   ;)

i think is bad for women that are interested in guys who think that everything they see on tv and movies is real, she is beautiful, but also she is helped by the light, the make up and the camera work.

so no women who respect themselves shouldnt be worried about some guy expecting all the girls to be "perfect" because he will find soon enough that they are not, and the "perfect" one probably wont choose him because he is not perfect or millionare.  :hihi:

Women don't need a spokesperson. She represents herself not the entire female population. If a guy acts brash or rude, whatever, no one ever says "he's a discredit to his gender". She can act however she wants. There are far worse things that are "bad" for women.

I'm looking forward to seeing "Jennifer's Body". It looks hilarious.

She makes all other women LOOK bad  :hihi:...but I'm not sure if shes bad for women..

She wears boatloads of makeup from what I've seen.... the only worthwhile thing I've seen from her is the scene in the first movie where she opens the hood of the car.

^How 'bout that body though?  Perhaps I'll reconsider my stance once I see a bad pic...but for now, I haven't seen anything less than completely amazing.   ;)

It's because she is a goddess. And they have good hair and makeuppeople on those movie sets. She is the eye candy of the movie.

yes, but if you are in a movie you have a "continuity" team, so she cant be always cleand and wearing make-up if she is running in the sand and in the dirt.

I read an article about Meghan that says in her next movie she plays a zombie. The script is by Diablo Cody, the chick who wrote Juno, so it should be a cool film. I think alot of men will be falling in love with this zombie :hihi:

Jennifer Lopez is the most over-rated chick ever. The most beautiful IMO was Sharon Tate, her murder by the Manson family was so heinous. I read somewhere that she was the inspiration for the original Malibu Barbie doll.
