I would say very bad lawyer, I believe that each person can sell what they want and put the price you want, here is the theme of respect and a little intelligence. What would happen if someone auctioning a ticket today for a concert of Elvis Presley, according to you the person who buys it would buy the dollar payment in time? Maybe it is a problem of vision. No damage done - unlike in many "reputable" ways of making money.
