The latest episode of "Talking Metal" features interviews host Mark Strigl conducted with Duff McKagan of LOADED and VELVET REVOLVER as well as Dan Lorenzo of HADES, NON-FICTION, THE CURSED, and SCREAMING METAL. In Duff's interview, he confirms that VELVET REVOLVER has NOT yet found a singer to replace Scott Weiland. He reveals that he has heard the new ALICE IN CHAINS album and calls it the best album of the past 10 years. And I think Duff's attitude in interviews to that kind of question is a good one, he states how their both excellent at what they do and anything after that is private(well he didnt really say that here but I know he has before).
Did nobody find the women near the end funny? Especially when you can hear Duff asking "Did I go on too long?" Also, the new Loaded stuff is definitely worth checking out - a bit different from Dark Days, but still very cool.
