Title: Do It For The Band: The Women of the Sunset Strip
Post by: faldor on April 09, 2009, 12:23:41 AM
Anyone catch this documentary?  I'm only half way through it, pretty entertaining.  Lots of GNR related stories, featuring Steven Adler, Adriana Smith, Tom Zutaut, Vicky Hamilton, etc.

But the main reason I'm posting this is one guy they interview, Ronnie Schneider, who I guess was Steven's drum tech back in the day.  Although he's listed as a roadie in AFD.  Regardless, he's wearing a kick ass Chinese Democracy T-shirt in his segments.  It took me awhile to notice it.  After seeing him for the 3rd time I had to stop and rewind to check it out.  It looked a lot like the background on my computer and sure enough, it was.  I want that shirt, where can I get it?  It was the basic design.  Black shirt with red star, Guns N' Roses, Chinese Democracy in gold (or whatever exact color that is).

In case anyone wants to check the show out, here's future air times

I watched it, it was pretty good. As for the shirt, I believe it was the one that was given away at the listening parties

Yeah that was the one.

Were those just a listening party exclusive?

I think so, I haven't seen them anywhere else, and they all say best buy on the back.
