Title: Something Silly I found on the "Good Morning America" site when I searched Post by: commissioner on April 06, 2009, 11:51:15 AM Axl Rose.
Don't know if this has been posted before? Delete if so! After the new t-shirt with the grenade saying "Good Morning America" on the front. I thought I would search topics from GMO on Axl? This is what i found;) Kind of silly, but could be true? who knows? http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/popup?id=6997418&contentIndex=1&start=false&page=10 It comes from a British Newspaper so take it from there ;) Title: Re: Something Interesting I found on the "Good Morning America" site when I searched Post by: wight gunner on April 06, 2009, 11:54:14 AM He's played Manchester so this is Bull$h!t

Title: Re: Something Interesting I found on the "Good Morning America" site when I searched Post by: Loco_motive on April 06, 2009, 12:10:45 PM It's an urban legend here in Milwaukee...waaay back in 1992/1993 I believe GNR/Metallica were set to play the Bradley Center but this was apparently cancelled due to aforementioned phobia. I personally don't remember this, but many of my friends reminded me of it when they cancelled the Milwaukee show in 2006 due to Axl's illness.

Too bad that theory has been proven wrong: 2006-7 tours: Madrid, Milan, Malakasa, Manchester, Minneapolis, Monterrey, Mexico City and Melbourne. I wouldn't call it "interesting" either. Unless you find bullshit and lies interesting. /jarmo Title: Re: Something Silly I found on the "Good Morning America" site when I searched Post by: commissioner on April 06, 2009, 12:17:36 PM That's the same old bullshit story. I don't know how silly something needs to be before people actually say "hey, that's bullshit". Especially when you know that the band has played several places that starts with M..... I guess the old fact that the truth isn't as exciting as the bullshit is often true. /jarmo Title: Re: Something Interesting I found on the "Good Morning America" site when I searched Post by: commissioner on April 06, 2009, 12:22:42 PM didn't gnr play in milano in 2006? how about miami? monterrey, mexico, minneapolis, so much for that theory I think they are referring to the upcoming/maybe tour :P who knows? Title: Re: Something Silly I found on the "Good Morning America" site when I searched Post by: axlrosegnr on April 06, 2009, 02:19:18 PM Summer 92, Gn'R/Metallica tour. They postponed a bunch of shows because of Axl's vocal chords (accorging to the radio anyways) If I remember correctly, Minneapolis just happend to be the first one they postponed. Thus some idiot thought up this crazy rumor.
