Considering this one is not in excellent condition, I wouldn't pay more than $120. I don't think it's the scarcest boxset out there. There's a Live Era boxset, for example, that's a lot more rare. But, to play devil's advocate for a moment here, the same thing could be said about the 2nd item. I've never seen it for sale either. As for making money, look at the UYI wooden boxset from Germany - a boot no doubt, but usually fetches at least $100 every time I see it on eBay. But yes I agree, the first I would say is legit, especially with the Geffen name on it, and a catalogue #. It would be awesome to have. I would have to say though that aside from this, the UYI Japan boxset is the scarcest official boxset out there. On a separate note entirely, some folks and I over at mygnrforum were thinking about making something similar to the Top 100 Metallica list, but for Guns N Roses.
