Damn, the shoe still hit the flag though  :-\

A little disturbing how long it took the guys in the back to get out of that door.  And how on earth did he get to throw a 2nd shoe?

I hope Obama doesn't have security as bad as that.

Those reporters are vetted just to be in that area. For that reason I think the initial shock allowed him time to chuck another shoe towards Bush Jr.

Gotta hand it to Dubyah for his deft precision and skill dodging those big ole shoes, that was some Matrix shit there.

I think you just inspired some people to create some funny parody videos of this.  By the end of  the week we'll be seeing them I'm sure.  The matrix is a good one.  maybe a star wars one would be good, bush deflecting the shoes with a light saber or something hahaha.

At least he still makes me laugh :)

Why?  Obama agrees with most things that S?gol?ne Royal believes in...He's all for socialism in the terms that she is but she has a past.  A past of not knowing much about foreign policy.  All she is for is power over the people who will elect her.  She will say all the right things according to her to gain political power.  She's a herder of sheep and I guess you follow the herd.  Any person of power should be allowed to speak even if it is not what the masses believe.  Her statement of Puerto Rico being an independent state?  They don't want to be independent because they in essence are a welfare state of the U.S. and would collapse on it's own.  On freedom's? Oh that's right that is only allowed in only free countries.  What's for free?  A socialist France under Royal, relies on everyone else for help when needed.  That includes the EU and America.  Yeah I said it.  The one you do not like most?  That would be America just like your "not president".

President Sarkosy won because he was more of a leader than a herder.  He is also more up to date with economic problems not only world wide but in France as well.  He understands the threat of terrorism and that France being a nuclear power should back it up with a strong national defense policy.  Although he can't push to hard on that issue because of the weak minority.  Internally, Why give people who refused to work money or credit on the backs of the people that worked more than their fair share without the ability to collect overtime?  Is France a welfare state?  NO it shouldn't be.  Particular socialist views is one thing but a welfare state no.  Socialism has made France a non-entity in the free market world.  He believes in pride of country something that has been lacking for 30+ years now.  Not all of France but the loud minority.  His common sense and willingness to mend fences with many countries including the U.S. and China.  He is also a man who is not an anti-Semite, anti-Catholic nor anti-American.  I can't say the same for Royal.  Who is all that and more.  The most things in common is that Royal dressed nicer and had her teeth fixed to look good while trying to woo voters.  President Sarkozy is also a sharp dressed man.  She has more in common with Obama yet you bad mouth him because of your dislike of America, Israel, Canada among others.  Yes I read.  Yes I have lifetime experience.
Hassan Nasrallah?  He's dead like any hate filled terrorist and or supporter should be.  Is that who you aspire to agree with?  Another Anti-American, Anti-Semite, Anti-Catholic etc...Someone of his ilk?  A radical religious fundamentalist who would have been glad to see that bag of T.N.T. go boom in a Paris store today.  But fortunately it did not go off and that man couldn't have seen it either way because he was eliminated due to his own hate.  That hate has filled the world and it has nothing to do with President Bush or Senator Obama.  It has to do with a taught religious hate that has gone from a peace filled religion to a hate filled strand that is spreading because of those who need and crave power and to get that power, they use their own for destruction and promise eternal glory.  If that weren't the case, then why not come from the caves and shadows that they hide in and offer up themself.  No because they're cowards that rely on the down and out including mentally handicapped and drug addicts to do their dirty work in the name of God.  Yet these are the same people who commit the same acts that they denounce.

BTW..  The so called "journalist" was from Egypt based news outlet.   He went to courses in that great nation of leaders of freedom known as Lebanon.  Where I have proudly served for not only my country but for the right of the people wanting freedom from fanatics, especially Lebanese.  Although they claim to be an ally of NATO and the U.S., Egypt teach anti-everything right in the world in their "schools".  Of course in the name of Allah.  Like so many other countries that want the U.S. but also hate the U.S.  He is a show off says former classmates.  He probably used the incident as a stunt to gain popularity.  He's a fool who follows another religious fanatic Al-Sadr also a coward.  He claims to dislike Iran but come on we know that's not true because they killed more Iraqi's out of all nations.  Al-Sadr is a friend of many Iranian clerics.  Not Iranians but the people who are in power and control the people under the guise of Islam.

I will stop now because I dislike being a tough guy through cyber space but many times you have asked for it and I've let it slide.  If you use your sigs and post as sarcasm then I'm very sorry for this post.  I would gladly apologize.  I doubt you are though.  Welcome to the jungle I guess.  It's no wonder why I even post here and I guess that shows by my numbers.

PART ONE

the guy deserve a medal of honor, the nobel prize, and a golden statue in every city in the world
i Hope someone does the same to Obama when he's on tour parading there....

Why?  Obama agrees with most things that S?gol?ne Royal believes in... Oh yes, my avatar. It's a reminiscence of the time of the election, forgot about it. I have very very few things i share with Miss Royal. The only thing i can think of right now is my hate for Nicolas Sarkozy.
He's all for socialism in the terms that she is but she has a past.  Royal's "socialism" is not my socialism.
A past of not knowing much about foreign policy. That "not skilled enough in aera X" argument against candidates is bogus. When you vote for a president you, should, vote for a project, a vision of the future, no matter how skilled is the candidate. Don't worry Sarko or Royals have teams of expert behind them. Just like Obama has Rahm Emanuel ...

She will say all the right things according to her to gain political power.  Which candidate does NOT do that? Don't see your point
She's a herder of sheep and I guess you follow the herd.  So it's about me now?
Any person of power should be allowed to speak even if it is not what the masses believe.  Yes, in our world they do what pleases the Money and Media powers
Her statement of Puerto Rico being an independent state?  Alright ....
They don't want to be independent because they in essence are a welfare state of the U.S. and would collapse on it's own.  Okay ...
On freedom's? Oh that's right that is only allowed in only free countries.  What's for free?  I see ...
A socialist France under Royal, relies on everyone else for help when needed.  That includes the EU and America.  Yeah I said it.  You're mixing France, as state, and the French as citizen in a national and european socialist system
The one you do not like most?  That would be America just like your "not president". There are also a lot of things i dislike concerning the EU

President Sarkosy won because he was more of a leader than a herder.  He won because people are asleep and believe in every lie politician tell, especially when these so-called politician come out with clear scapegoats: black people, unemployed, bums, immigrants, elitist culture ....
He is also more up to date with economic problems not only world wide but in France as well.  I LIVE in france, Sarko has F*cked the country and made every mistakes possible in terms of eco issues. And now he blames it on the "crisis". He was and is clueless.
He understands the threat of terrorism and that France being a nuclear power should back it up with a strong national defense policy.  Don't worry, France did not wait on Sarko to have a strong defense/intel policy. "Threat of terrorism" is too big of a subject, feel free to open a different thread i'll discuss it with you
Although he can't push to hard on that issue because of the weak minority.  the minority ... ?
Internally, Why give people who refused to work money or credit on the backs of the people that worked more than their fair share without the ability to collect overtime?  That myth about "jobless" not wanting to work has been debunked many times. Do you know what "exclusion" mean? We live in a world of exclusion where those who have suppress those who have not. You need to read about social crisis and the unemployment issues somewhere else than on fox news or times, how they really affect lives, what it is to have no job and be cast away from society.

Is France a welfare state?  NO it shouldn't be.  Particular socialist views is one thing but a welfare state no.  Socialism has made France a non-entity in the free market world.  Are you crazy? I could cite 10 huge companies who are French, and they usually have resisted the crisis better

He believes in pride of country something that has been lacking for 30+ years now.  The guy believes in his friends who have money. Pride of country? Do you know what "pride" has done to europe in the past 60 years? We're trying to build a frontier-less community where everybody is seen as equal and you're talking about "pride", be proud of what you do to help others not the "luck" that have seen you born in a hole in Alabama.

Not all of France but the loud minority.  Dont understand

His common sense and willingness to mend fences with many countries including the U.S. and China.  That i will give to you, but it's not absolute

He is also a man who is not an anti-Semite, anti-Catholic nor anti-American. How nice of him!

I can't say the same for Royal.  You would be surprised, don't talk when you don't know - and what's that obsessions with Royal?

Who is all that and more.  The most things in common is that Royal dressed nicer and had her teeth fixed to look good while trying to woo voters.
President Sarkozy is also a sharp dressed man.  Not interesting, but i agree, Royal is beautiful woman, Sarko is a "nouveau-riche"

She has more in common with Obama yet you bad mouth him because of your dislike of America, Israel, Canada among others. I dislike Obama and Royal and SArko for their opinion on Israel, and i dislike also because they stand at a point of the socio-political spectrum that i disagree with.

Yes I read.  Yes I have lifetime experience. Good for you.

Post by: Where is Hassan Nasrallah ? on December 18, 2008, 05:31:11 AM
PART TWO

Hassan Nasrallah?  He's dead like He is very much alive
any hate filled terrorist and or supporter should be.  Who are you to decide who's a terrorist? His hatred is coming from your Injustice and blindness. No matter how evil you see him, the guy has done more for his opinions than you will ever do (i even wonder if you have opinion worth fighting for)

Is that who you aspire to agree with?  I disagree with a lot of things that Sayid Nasrallah say, i agree with a some things he says.

Another Anti-American, Anti-Semite, Anti-Catholic etc...Someone of his ilk?  I indeed dislike religion, and i'm not fond of america's administration

A radical religious fundamentalist who would have been glad to see that bag of T.N.T. go boom in a Paris store today. Not really, Sayid Nasrallah mainly fights for Lebanon. Go read. You lack knowledge.

But fortunately it did not go off and that man couldn't have seen it either way because he was eliminated due to his own hate.  Who's eliminated?

That hate has filled the world and it has nothing to do with President Bush or Senator Obama. Au contraire mon fr?re. The hate that filled the world comes very much from You and I "having" while others "have not". Also America has been a great catalyst of every "hate" filled movement in the world. No Justice, No Peace.

It has to do with a taught religious hate that has gone from a peace filled religion to a hate filled strand that is spreading because of those who need and crave power and to get that power, they use their own for destruction and promise eternal glory. You don't know what you're talking about

If that weren't the case, then why not come from the caves and shadows that they hide in and offer up themself. "Give us your planes, we will give you our baskets" - so you'll blame Luke Skywalker and Han Solo for sneaking up to the Stormtroopers?
Also, every cause need leader, some fights on front line, some talk in public, some motivates ... you're being immature, that "why doest ben laden come and fight" argument is good for 15 years old, are you 15 years old?

No because they're cowards that rely on the down and out including mentally handicapped and drug addicts to do their dirty work in the name of God. That is disgusting i agree. But don't mix every liberation movement with every terrorist organization. That's what you do when you want absolute power, you label every enemies the same, and talk about terrorism, axis of evil ... al Q'aeda, Sadr, hizbullah, tamouls, farc ... they are COMPLETE different things.

Yet these are the same people who commit the same acts that they denounce.
BTW..  The so called "journalist" was from Egypt based news outlet.  Great

He went to courses in that great nation of leaders of freedom known as Lebanon. Go to South Lebanon, ask around who is the real savior of Lebanon.

Where I have proudly served for not only my country but for the right of the people wanting freedom from fanatics, especially Lebanese. Good for you,

Although they claim to be an ally of NATO and the U.S., Egypt teach anti-everything right in the world in their "schools".  Egypt is a sick country and Moubarak is an enemy of Palestine.

Of course in the name of Allah. I don't care about Allah

Like so many other countries that want the U.S. but also hate the U.S. Are you surprised, did you just learn about international politics in school? Read my friend, read, and travel.

He is a show off says former classmates.  He probably used the incident as a stunt to gain popularity.  Great, there are more important things to discuss

He's a fool who follows another religious fanatic Al-Sadr also a coward. Can you debate without using aggressive absolute words like cowards, dead, evil, terrorist?

He claims to dislike Iran but come on we know that's not true because they killed more Iraqi's out of all nations.
Al-Sadr is a friend of many Iranian clerics.
Not Iranians but the people who are in power and control the people under the guise of Islam.
You're all over the place man, you need to clarify your arguments and organize your answers

Would people like Bush more if he'd yelled "Take that, take that, get that guy and take that! I'll take it godammit!" and diving after the guy before the second shoe got thrown? I've never seen a president do that before.
