Title: Did Britney's label fudge album sales ? Post by: ecwfan on December 13, 2008, 08:59:09 PM A few days back I was on 411mania.com (the music section) and I was clicking some of the news links. It reported she sold 505,000 thousand albums in her 1st week. But scrolling down some guy posted about a Billboard article stating that sales estimates on a Friday had her sales at 330,000 . So could she have logically gained 170,000+ sales in 2 days ?

If the conspiracy theory is true... well if she did move 330,000 compared to Chinese Democracy's 261,000.... whats that say for Britney ? She could barely beat an under promoted , exclusive sold album thru one store ? Hell if her label had done that then I understand. People would mock her worse for all the promotional work she had put in ect ect... |
