Title: Rob Zombie films, music and projects Discussion Thread.
Post by: Mechanical-Worm on November 26, 2008, 09:36:27 AM
I searched and didn't find one.  :-\

Anyways, how about a thread to discuss anything related to his music, films, other projects and White Zombie remembrance?

It seems as if he's begun work on that El Superbeasto movie again after about a year and a half of putting it off.

As for music goes, he's releasing a track called War Zone for the Punisher: War Zone soundtrack. Anyone hear it? It features a more heavier style than what was found on Educated Horses.

I can't comment on his music, never really heard enough but I did really enjoy House of a 1000 Corpses & The Devil's Rejects.  The end of the latter, with Freebird playing was superb!

You're missing out, he creates way better music than films in my opinion.

In other news, the White Zombie 5 disc box set, Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, came out two days ago. I'd like to buy it but it's bloody expensive but damn worth it.  :(

The first  (on a label) album is on there entirely. Is it totally remastered, that album always lacked for me due to its production.

All tracks (including soundtrack contribution tracks) are remastered in high quality for this box set - it's perfect to listen to the independently released albums and eps.

Too bad they didnt's bother including b-side tracks and remixes. :(
