Take a look at this listing and read it. At first it looks a bargain until you read the additionalinformation added later.

How to report an auction on eBay: On the bottom left of an auction page, you'll see "Other Options", click on "Report this item" and follow the instructions. For this item you would be reporting it as a counterfeit item. I've edited out the original link you posted so as not to promote the item here, though I know that wasn't your point.
