Quick 15sec commercial, playing begging of CD and says available everywhere Sun Nov 23rd.....will it be avail at best buy on fri 21st in Canada and states?

Why would it be available Friday Nov 21? It's coming on Sunday Nov 23 as that ad states.

30 minutes later and someone has uploaded video of the commercial... technology has come quite a ways hasn't it?

I would put on the game in the hopes of catching this ad, but I think the Leafs will be too difficult too watch.  Maybe if there's OT.

Normal commercials are 15 seconds long, minimum. That was about 5 seconds.

I'm pretty sure it was a 16 second long video on YouTube.

It felt like a quick few seconds when I saw it the first time.

I too feel the same way. I'm not a fan of the leafs, but as luck would have I just tuned in for a few mins ( hoping for a leaf beating) and I caught this comerical. This is the first time I've seen a comerical for the album. Is this possibly the first comerical aired?

Yeah that's a great way to get the word out to Canadians.  I wouldn't choose hockey to reach out to the US though.  Monday Night Football would be sweet, or any football games on Sunday would work.  The World Series tomorrow maybe?  Should get pretty big ratings (even though the ratings have been pretty low so far) with all the craziness surrounding the game.

Just so everyone's aware....The Best Buy and Walmart exclusive deals that bands are doing these days are only in effect in the United States. So people in Canada and everywhere else will be able to get the cd at any music store. I wasn't aware of this until I saw Black Ice EVERYWHERE and then the rock station here was saying that those exclusive deals were only for the US.

how is it possible that something so small makes me feel soo good? i think i'm going to be shitting my pants every other day with something new as we get closer to the release. SOO psyched!

MAN!  I went through some YouTube GnR stuff...MVA 1989!!!  I missed so much by not really being into their music as a fan like most here...It's like I missed out on my young days...  I must have been living under a rock :(

And yeah like JeffK said the exclusive with best buy is only in the US - in Canada you will be able to get it anywhere which now basically only means hmv, wal mart, future shop, best buy, and itunes....and all ur local indies and such.

Can't wait to see some more promo cuz it gets me even more excited about it and it's weird how many ppl still don't seem to know about it coming out.
