That's illegal. depends on the state you're in...not sure if its illegal in Jersey..but I will say no matter what the "exclusive" is for any of the bands that have gone that route, Vintage has sold ALL of those records...Eagles, Ac/Dc..etc...They are selling Ac/Dc's album right now... The same situation will undoubtedly occur here.

Bestbuy paid HUGE money for the Exclusive rights and then to have an Indie store have Bummblefoot playing. I am not blaming Bummblefoot or saying he is doing anything wrong but I can see Bestbuy possibly putting a stop to this event.

Seriously, yeah, if I was Best Buy I wouldn't be very happy. It does say Tuesday, Nov. 25th...maybe he's keeping Sunday, Nov. 23rd open for a Best Buy appearance! His fanbase will probably contribute 25000 or less in first 6 months of sales. He is going to make lots of fans though.

That's illegal. It's dicey. It MIGHT be illegal if they leave it wrapped and sell it as "new". I'm pretty sure it's not illegal, at all, if they unwrap it, and sell it as "used". And they can mark up the "used" merchandise to whatever price they see fit, including OVER the price they paid for it at the Best Buy "down the street". It's also not illegal to import it from overseas and sell it here, either. Edit: Nice to see they've updated the site...guess that answers the questions.
