i haven't seen the first one, cought parts of the second, saw the third in theaters which i thought kicked ass (good story to it imo), saw 4 in the theaters as well (to confusing i thought it sucked ass), so i say i can't wait. Maybe they can bring it back and make it better  but i think i'll try to watch all 4 before this one comes out so i understand the whole story line and shit like that.

:peace:

Love em - the storyline is really compelling, cant wait to find out what highly improbable event they have in store - storylines are so trippy takes a while just to even get events in chronological order let alone understand them... :hihi:

..and part 6 is on its way too (and rumour has it a part 7 is to be made if part 6 does well)

Not sure what this one could be about - seems like a bit of a mistake to kill Jigsaw and Amanda, as we all know Jigsaws wife is in on everything that makes no fewer than 3 different accomplices.....

Wonder if they will explain how they build brand new devious machines....that are covered in rust :hihi:

I didn't know these films had any semblance of a plot. Just excuses for mindless gore.

Have you seen them, or is that just one of those "IMO" things?  Because for horror, the Saw films are actually quite strong on plot.

who's telling them to keep making more???
All the people who keep going to the theater and buying the dvds...

Indeed, Saw films are actually very intelligently written - and represent something new and dynmaic with the horror genre

...how many cliche 'oh no the car broke down outside this creepy house' horror films are STILL made?

The SAW series has intresting characters, a plot and love em or hate them - u DON'T know how it will play out

I'm most definetly not in gore - but if its possible to use it right, then the SAW films do it - it adds that dramatic impact to a scene, it isnt just there to please the psychotic 14 year old American viewer

...besides, they aint that gorey - (though the SAW 3 directors cut would dare to disagree - man, that is harrowing viewing!)
