Title: Headphones question Post by: tim_m on August 04, 2008, 08:05:11 AM The pair of headphones that came with my guitar starter package are starting to break. The sound cuts in and out at the jack unless i bend the wire just right. Is there anything i can do to fix them or would it not be worth it and just buy a new pair. They probably aren't worth more than $30 anyway. If i just get new ones what do you guys recommend? The guitar and amp i have aren't great but i do use them to listen to concert dvds through my stereo so i don't bother my family. So i don't wanna replace them with something totally crappy. Sorry if i should've posted this in the nice boys don't play rock n' roll forum. I wasn't really sure where it should belong.

Creative has some nice models, but I'm not sure whether they fall within your price range.

but i would recomend KOSS headset. they have lifetime warrenty. you can break them and do whatever you want with them and still get a new pair! and i find my pair pretty good actually! (not those small ones but the clocks or whatever it is called) : ok: Title: Re: Headphones question Post by: tim_m on August 04, 2008, 05:08:02 PM is the jack molded on can you screw it open, you prolly just got a loose wire. Yeah its molded on unfortunately. I'm sure it probably is just a loose wire. I'll probably just get something better they aren't that great anyway. They buzzed when turned up loud.
