Seriously, for me the acne didn't leave until I was around 30. It hasn't been bad since 18 or 19. I am noticing I'm still growing new chest hairs. When I was 16, the patches looked pretty much the same as they do now, but they didn't have grey.
Recently, I tried for nearly 2 months to grow some hair. I ended up looking like some 16 year old kid with patches of here and there. Get used to it.
