Gnrfan came to me with an idea for a BRAND NEW wrestling game.  One that can have an unlimited number of players and is so very simple, yet fun.

He made the point that seemingly when every event comes around we make predictions, so why not make a game out of it?

So put simply you sign up to this game, and when a WWE PPV comes around, you PM myself your picks.  You don't post your picks in this thread because you don't want anyone copying now do you?  Obviously I will not be playing, I'll just run the game.

Now simply making a pick is very simple, so to keep things entertaining, points will be awarded for a variety of different things.

1) Predict the winner.  You can go with either wrestler or predict a draw.

2) Predict the method of victory; Pinfall, Submission, Count Out, No Contest, Disqualification.  (In a match where only 1 method is possible i.e. Last Man Standing points will not be awarded).  For this to count you have to predict the correct wrestler, then these points are a bonus on top.  For example, if you predict Edge to win via pinfall, and he loses via pinfall you will not get pinfall points.

3) Predict the order of the matches on the card, obviously if a match is added during the event or after all the predicitions have been PM'd to me by the deadline that added match will not be taken into account. (See No.4 for subsequent rule..)

*New Rules from GAB onwards:

4) Points will be awarded for every individual match you get correct on the card to.

5) Predict the correct person to be pinned in a match where there are multiple choices, for instance in a tag match which tag member will do the job, or in a triple threat, who will be pinned/submitted, or Fatal Four Way and who will be doin the pinning.  Or in an Elimination Match (For instance a Chamber, who will eliminate who)

**New Rules from Unforgiven onwards:

6) "Bell to Bell" Inteference.  You can, for any match predict someone who will run down, appear during the match, to caush distraction, or physical harm.  People showing up before the match starts (i.e. managers) won't count since everyone knows the like of Tony Atlas will be there at ringside helping Henry.  Also being "Bell to Bell" anyone who turns up for an after the match beatdown won't count either.  Remember it's (+5) for a correct prediction and (-5) for an incorrect one and we only want you to list who is getting involved in the match, there is no need to breakdown into detail.

So the scoring is as follows:

1) Winner: 10 points
2) Method: 5 points
3) Correct order of all matches: 30 points
4) Get a match's position on the card correct: 2 points
5) Who's laying down/Who is doing the pinning: 2 points/2 points
6) Bell to Bell Inteference (Correct/Incorrect): +5 points/-5 points

Cool, count me in dude. The majority of us post our predictions on who will win at every ppv anyways, so it is only fitting that we make it a little more interesting by making a proper game out of it.


In my opinion, the time limit one seems like too much bother though for the person that is keeping score. I suggest getting rid of that and adding in another stipulation on how a wrestler may win via interference eg, Edge wins with help of La Familia.

I suggest getting rid of the time limit one too, but its great that people seem up for it. I think its important to keep the first game as simple as possible and just like the other game we can add to the rules as we go because no one will be at a disadvantage. And the great thing is you can run the game points wise and percentage wise . . if new people want to join.

You could do the interference thing but there would have to be some penalty if they didn't run in!

Time limit is maybe something to go. On PPV almost every match is over 10 anyway

It's great the amount of people we have had sign up, hopefully the remaining wwe game members will join up to.

Because there is only one PPV a month, except for the odd exception, the plan is to run until Armageddon, hopefully by then we'll have a feel of things and what is and isn't working.  With the amount of people who have signed up, if anyone wants to join mid game then they are free to but obviously they will be considerably behind.

Just like in the WWE Game there will be a prize at the end for the winner, I'm holding out for all the UK Players to do well to save me shipping costs :D So thread veterans like Izzy and Evolution, i'm looking at you guys.

Also, people often complain about spoilers and how predictable things are, but we know WWE struggles to think more than a few months ahead so when you PM your predictions for Night of Champions there will also be a "Long Term" prediction you will have to make, worth 50 points to the winner.  And that is to say who you believe will be WWE Champion by the end of November.

Right we are about 1 match (IC Title) off the card for Night of Champions being complete (I think).  Well there's the Diva's Belt to, so....2 then.

Assuming it's announced on the Draft RAW, you can then all send your picks to me following that, as long as your picks are in before the PPV starts it's all good, remember you are PM'ing them to me, don't post them in this thread, if you make any mistakes or leave out picks I'll PM you back as soon as poss, but you are obviously responsible and should check to make sure it's complete in time.

Well as the top post, says we kick off with Night of Champions.

You send me your predictions for match winner, method (sub, dq, pin, count out etc.) and also the match order of the card.

You also enclose your prediction for who you think will be WWE Champ by the end of November.

We just need the card finishing, I assume after RAW the IC Title match will be announced so we can go then, if a Diva's Title match is later people can PM that later if they need to.

As far as I know a Diva's title match has already been announced. (Mickie vs Katie Lea) so I think we're just waiting for the Intercontinental title match.

No, that's the Women's I'm talking about the NEW Diva's Title they are having on Smackdown.

I didn't think there was talk of adding a New Diva's Title, I thought the idea was to move the Womens Title to another brand?

There has been some talk of moving the Womens Title to either ECW or Smackdown but no official decision has been made just yet. Vince feels that both of those brands need something to distinguish them from what Raw offers and the Womens Title just may be the answer to that.

To update on this, half the people who have made their predictions have put this match in and half haven't. So I ask all who haven't put it in to put it in (I'll pm your lists back to you)

Simply put: Chris Jericho vs Mystery Opponent.  So you predict the usual, winner and by what means, there are no bonuses for guessing who it is.

The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online is reporting that the original plan for the Night of Champions PPV this Sunday was to have Jeff Hardy be Chris Jericho's mystery opponent for the WWE Intercontinental Title. It's possible they may have changed these plans since the draft....

How is the match order points decided? Do you need all the matches on the card in the correct order for the 20 points or is it 20 points per correct match?

D, I have to point out the fact you made some pretty strange choices tonight which resulted in a really poor starting position. Kane losing the ECW Championship was(I would have thought) a formality! Also choosing Matt Hardy to lose the US Championship already didn't make much sense considering he is higher up the card than Chavo Guerrero is. Plus Matt winning in the first place had an extra long build. He'll have the belt a while yet.

Lastly, it is Booking 101 that the heel challenger will not win his/her first crack at a title after two straight tag team victories! Maybe in a rematch under dubious circumstances, sure. You didn't deliver the goods after some big talk prior!

My god that was absolutely terrible on my part!

Despite my shabby predictions I thought Ted Dibiase and Mystery Partner was way too obvious. I assumed it would happen eventually but not on this night. Just when Rhodes & Holly had started wearing matching ring attire too!  :rofl:

I really enjoyed the WWE Tag Team Title match. Very exciting and entertaining. Hornswoggle was booked well, and the place expoded everytime Finlay got the hot tag.

Kofi vs Jericho was a very good match, but I just couldn't get into it for the simple fact being that I did not believe Kofi had any chance whatsoever of winning the IC title, simply because the last two matches before both titles changed hands. I didn't think it would happen in 3 consectutive matches. Still nice to see Kofi win though.

Christ I knew Chavo was small but cmon...he looks smaller than Mysterio for crying out loud! Why he's in the position he's in right now is truely a mystery to me.

Looks like Kane & Mickie may have gotten injured during the show.

Main event was okay I guess. It will be interesting to see how Raw & Smackdown pans out over the next few weeks due to Raw not having a champion. Could CM Punk be on the verge of a World title? Who knows folks...

I just "HOPE" it doesnt turn out that Triple H goes back to raw with the WWE title as then the draft shocker was pointless. I also dont think Edge should take the World title over as with Bautista over there it just would be the same old fued in which Edge has cheated wins over and over.... Someone needs to loose.

Kofi ... Who? i've been in Australia for nearly a year now and i can honestly say i have never seen him wrestle or heard of him. I've seen his name in the game but... just thought he was some young jobber...... IC champion! WTF

Here is what I thought was going to happen.

Kane is on Raw which is also taped with ECW. I figured he'd win and just show up on both shows cause I knew BS wouldnt win and Mark Henry? Yeah right


I thought Matt Hardy since he is on ECW and Chavo is on SD and the US Title is a SD title, I thought interference would cost Hardy and then Jeff would feud with Chavo on SD for the US Title.

I thought Edge would cost HHH the title thus setting up an awesome feud but I forgot this was WWE and great ideas dont happen.

With Morrison an ECW guy and ECW being with Raw now, I figured they'd lose the SD titles to two SD Guys but once again this is WWE and nothing they do makes any fucking sense.

I still think we should get pts for each match we predict correct in the right order.

Edit: Incidently the ordering thing does need changing, next PPV, for every match in the correct order, 2 points.  If you get the lot, 30 points.

Also it will be 2 points for each match where you predict the correct person to be pinned, obviously this is only for matches with multiple options, Tag, Triple Threat etc.

If everyone is cool with these changes I'll edit them into the rules on the 1st post later.

im surprised I did as well as I did, Ill be honest this draft on Monday really threw me off...normally i am pretty confident in picking who is going to win a match, but ill be honest I was not really 100 percent sold on any of them except the dibiase and Kane matches...and I guess Triple H/Cena

Two of those titles were when the game was small and easier to win. Be a man and admit you arent the best. I can admit that taking Jericho with my first pick was terrible, I dont think I will ever take a "TV Talk show host" so high again as they interview much more then wrestle which is pointless so that was my mistake.

He was great coming in, but what is is letting happen to his career.

Yeah post it then if the game is really close we can know what we need to win.  I thought for sure ECW and Raw would be taping together, it almost seems WWE is just planning out each day as it comes and not the long term. One minute ECW is taping with Raw, Punk and Kane get drafted to raw, and everything looking that way, then next thing you know they are talking about doing SD live to help the rating on the my network, then they don't post anymore SD after what September and now they want to Keep ECW with SD. Doesnt seem like they have a set game plan and are runnign things in the 2 minute hurry up offense.

I think it would've been cool if we had a test PPV and then worked the bugs out and started for real at GAB.

Its like I dont really count the first WWE Game we had. I mean there wasnt even a snake draft so who got the first pick really really benefited in that one.

Thing is it's a constantly evolving game and rules can be changed as we go on because I as a non-player can act without bias, so there is a good chance some things will still be tweaked following GAB and having lil bonuses and such along the way will be made up as we go along.  The "Tester" game in many ways is this entire game, It's still a proper game, it's just going to constantly evolve like the WWE Game has.

Because Cena losing clean 2 straight PPVs is a foreign concept, heck Cena losing clean once is crazy enough, plus JBL triumphed on RAW so the ol' wrasslin logic predicts he'd get retribution here, they are clearly dragging this feud out and Cena's retribution will most probably coming at Summerslam.

I dont know about that, this game is alot like NASCAR. Sure we can take a risk and try and win the ppv, but the grand price is the winner in the end of november or december so its all about points and it only makes sense to pick the logical bastard to win.

Nascar is what us Americans think is racing. (National Association of STOCK CAR Racing,) althought there is nothing stock about their cars anymore.

 Each week there is a winner of the race who gets to celebrate, but its the winner who has the most points at the end of the season who wins the big championship.

You get so extra points for leading 1 lap of racing,
you get 10 extra points for leading the most laps
and the winner gets so many points, where is second place gets 5 less third gets 5 less then 2nd and so forth. ITS a "sport" where there is so many guys not taKing risks and just playing it safe to take 5th place then try and win weekly as they just want points for the season. So most of the guys "play it safe" jsut to get 5th place points instead o trying to win and maybe wreck their car and fall way out of fifth place.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN MENTION NASCAR.

Predictions are tough - I know who should win for the sake of storylines and good tv....but WWE will always do the daftest thing possible, making the winner usually the most unlikely wrestler

I only bet on things Im confident in. Looking at this SS it reaks of WWE trying to be cool and clever and come up with the weirdest possible finishes. Of the Undercard Matches I see MVP and Hardy opeing (I hope because PPVs are much better with a strong solid opening, ex Owen / Bret WMX ) So I bet they are going to be the opening Match, then after that you are looking at a Mixed Tag for both belts which is fn stupid, why not make room for the World Tag Team Straps? Book a Solid Tag Match with Priceless and uhm......Is there any other tag team on raw besides Cryme Tyme? This mixed match is going to be terrible.
JBL vs Punk, the RAW World Champion and he will be atleast 2 matches away from the Main Event, jobbing him out they should be building up Punk, and to be honest I am tired of seeing JBL in the title Scene, god bring in another Heel, or Push Jericho, besides his fued with HBK what else has he done on a PPV, besides his entrance match against RKO,

Henry / Hardy? Who cares, the title looks like a joke, Ecw has become a bigger joke if possible,  Mark has never looked solid in a wwe ring in 12 years. He is not a big man who can move... which brings us to Khali..


Why the hell is he even getting a title match. Well established fans chant, you suck or you cant wrestle at shows, dont wwe writers see this? His matches are Terrible and HHH cant carry him.

Hell in a Cell, UT and Edges fued just never ends, I love HIAC matches, but I am kinda tired of seeing these two go at it, and now there isnt even a world title involved. Could be a highlight of the night with a rested UT.


CENA / Bastita. I am pretty sure Bastita is going to win, but to be fair these are the two biggest faces (besides HHH) who are in the company today. Huge, and they have never faught? They just made them tag champs for a week. This could and probalby should be the Main Event at WM 25 but they are rushing this fued along so fast you cant enjoy the buildup or anything. THey should of made them tag champs for 2-3 months and while champions Adalamshitbag could make it a rule they couldnt go after each other while tag champs. Leading to Batista trying to loose matches or Cena or whatever, and then have one of them cost the match and the titles and start a fued at around December to Royal Rumble, make them 1 and 2 in the Rumble and they could fight for the right to take on the champion at WM, hell they could both win and go onto WM25 to take on champions, ie back to WMX.

Fan wise I think this is going to be a very disappointting show and I usually try and only look for the bright side of things.

While I'm here, Jim proposed a rule idea to me, now I'm going to "try" and remember it and roll with it.

People often when they PM me put (Interference by "Insert Name Here").

I know people want points to be given for stuff like this, as Jim said it would add a bit more depth, but obviously it needs to be laid out clearly as to how it would work.

Firstly it would be done via a bell-to-bell rule.  This would mean anybody present before the ring bell is rung would not be counted as intefering.  A case in point would be predicting Katie Lea Burchill who is Paul Burchill's valet getting involved in his matches, well she's there from the start and ALWAYS does in some way or form so she would not count.  We are looking at run-ins by people during the match who are not there before the bell and obviously after the match has finished.

For example Shelton Benjamin's run-in was during the match so that would count.

Rajin Singh attempting to distract Triple H etc. would not count, he came down at the start.

I hope people see these clearer than its sounding to me as I type this (It's clearer in my head....see I knew you should of posted this Jim)

Anyway points wise.  You would get +5 for correctly predicting a run-in, but, to stop people constantly predicting a run-in EVERY match just to try and get some bonus points, -5 would be given if you incorrectly predicted a run-in, for example, several people predicted Orton and Foley runs ins, that incorrect prediction would garner them -5.

Ok, hope that's kinda clear, what does everyone think?

Interference points sound good. Am I right in thinking that someone running down to the ring but not actually getting physically involved in the match (ie. Benjamin last night during Hardy/MVP) counts as interference??

I am all about getting extra points for guessing an interference and loosing some for getting it wrong, but a +5 and -5 aint worth it, IF you were going to give points it should be


+10 for a Correct Interfence and
-5 for an Incorrect one.

It all sounds like alot of work personally for Hammy. I think for the first game we should just leave it how it is to keep it simplest for scoring.


BUT, if you are going to change it you need to also do -5 pts, otherwise people would be predicting all evening long, so allowing 1 prediction of a run in without loosing any points with the possibility of getting 5 or 10 would be ok.


I dont think its worth +5 for correct -5 for incorrect because the run in wont happen 50% of the time, so you will end up loosing points in the long run, which maybe this was suggest so people will stop predicting runins.  and we can focus on the most important things, "Predicting everyone will get hard ons during the womens matches, like my earlier prediction."

We need to decide, are we going with this Inteference rule and if so, how are we working things?  People seem to be throwing out numerous ideas, I'm happy going with whatever the general consensus is, as long as its feasable, scoring wise like.

For once, I'm inclined to agree with Izzy. I think it's overkill. We have plenty to think about already; Match order, Who pins who and what way the match will end (Pinfall, Submission, DQ, etc) and the Championship Scrambles will make this harder to call than what it should be.

I can understand where people are coming from but TBH, there isn't that much interference in matches. It's not like it happens at every show. Just look through the match list when you're done predicting and think if there could be anyone to interfere in any of the matches who would make sense. Granted, not everything that happens in WWE makes sense....

Well we go with it then, for this PPV and if it doesn't work we ditch it.  As BlowUpYourVideo says it is quite simple. (Least I think it will be).  It's best to try it now because as we said, this is essentially the "Beta Version" of the game, next game it would be good if we could go into it with rules we are settled on then we don't have to change much, if anything.

So in short.  "Bell to Bell" Inteference.  You can, for any match predict someone who will run down, appear during the match, to caush distraction, or physical harm.  People showing up before the match starts (i.e. managers) won't count since everyone knows the like of Tony Atlas will be there at ringside helping Henry.  Also being "Bell to Bell" anyone who turns up for an after the match beatdown won't count either.  Remember it's (+5) for a correct prediction and (-5) for an incorrect one and we only want you to list who is getting involved in the match, there is no need to breakdown into detail (i.e. Marty Jannetty runs down and hits everyone with Steel Chairs and then does a little dance to the Rockers Theme while Kane lays there bleeding).  All this will be added to the rules on Page 1, Post 1.   : ok:

Interesting PPV, not sure with only 6 matches and 3 of them being the same if there is going to be as interesting as on could hope.

At first the PPV looks very predictable, but I think WWE is going to throw some surprizes in there, Biggest thing I am hoping for is, HHH To Retain, if HHH can be champion for another 86 Days to get me my extra 50 Bonus Points.

I really have no idea what to predict for the Scramble Matches. I think that at least 1 title has to change hands, but it wouldn't surprise me if all champions ended up retaining...

Kane Vs Rey, This fued sucks.  Tired of seeing Rey destroy guys twice his size and tired of seeing Kane being a monster one week and a jobber the next. Its pointless they could of thrown on a US Match or a IC Match or even a tag match something worth while.  I hope its quick an painless.

Obviously this means for the Ladder Match there will not be bonus points for method.

Also there is NO WAY that JERICHO vs HBK Ladder Match is not going to be the main event.  This isnt some crappy TLC ladder match or a tag ladder match, this is the original ladder man and world champion battling it out, and if Cade doesnt show his face (because his timing is way off) on the PPV this should be a smooth clean match and the MAIN EVENT. How are you going to follow that up? With HHH about to pedigree Hardy and Koslov comes down and causes a  Double DQ, this ladder match is true main event material.

I'm thinking Jericho will vanish mid match.  Then a new wrestler will run down.  Super Jericho.  He'll fly up and grab the belt and celebrate.  Then backstage Adamle will congraluate him and say well done Jericho.  He'll deny being Jericho saying he is Super Jericho and knows not of this Chris Jericho.  Adamle will then be forced to strip him of the belt and subsequently spend half an hour explaining the rules of a tournament for the belt, which will sound like such a mess the crowd will be left speechless.  All the matches will be drawn at random, but by some amazing coincedence the people drawn against each other just happen to be feuding with each other.

Now who would do something that messy and cluster fucked.

Not to make excuses as I havnt seen Raw in two weeks, BUT if I had knowed of Adalme adding the fact that if rey looses he would have to reveal his mask I wouldnt of picked Kane.  I am not interested in the fued at all, its boring, and Rey has only been back for 3-4 matches why would they have him loose his mask, when seeing him in the ring is a fresher face after he was injured.

TO Clarify by the end of November you mean the WWE Champion on November 30, @ 11:59 pm right? If so I only need Trips to win 2 more PPV matches, God I am glad he's nailing Stephanie right now, so I got a chance at an extra 50 points.

On the Interference


Santino accompanied Beth to ringside, so we were automatically out 5pts for choosing that cause he came to ringside.

Cade, Usually comes to Ringside but didnt therefore u get the 5pts.

I think we need to fix this.

I think we should amend it to, if outside interference leads to the victory u get 5pts.

This way it can include managers/valets etc.

Cause if u get an automatic -5 if they walk down to ringside, it just makes it pretty much pointless to even have in the game.


So anyone should be able to interfere BUT to get the pts, they have to cause their wrestler to get the win.


so if their interference doesn't yield a victory, u get -5.

No technically the question "Who will be WWE Champion at the end of November?" means just that.

Since the game ends in December that'd be changing the question.

The rule isn't perfect but it's clear enough.  Evolution said to me straight away.... so that's -5 upon Santino going to ringside.

And it doesn't make it pointless, people interferring like Kozlov could have (and many thought he would) and Edge in the past, they aren't coming down to ringside from the outset.

The whole point of the rule, to eliminate valets/managers was to stop people picking the obvious ones i.e. Tony Atlas who come down to ringside every match.

With Santino it was definately a gamble, but one that could have been worth it.  On RAW he's been costing Beth matches so last week she told him to stay backstage and not get involved cos he keeps costing her matches.  So a logical "guess" would be to think the same would happen at No Mercy, but when Beth looks to be losing, Santino going against what she says shows up anyway.

Cade doesn't always come down with Jericho he does more run-ins than walking down with Jericho these days.

You have the problem of questioning if someone is there from the outset, is it interference, if they are sat at ringside, and don't make physical contact, but they could still be a distraction.

I can't beleive how somepeople scored so little on that PPV.

Matches were easy and the Cade run-in was 110% cert.

I missed Raw for 2 or 3 weeks, and quickly sent in my predictions, I would of never picked Kane over Mysterio in a Mask off match. Rey lost one before in WCW and he looks like a baby face without it, WIth him just coming back from injury it would of been stupid to predict Rey loosing a Mask Match. I just need to hang onto some points and Hope Trips keeps on Hanging onto his Belt, He is a big draw and good for the My Network so I think they would want to keep a face as champion for awhile. I could use those 50 points.

I know we are still a week away, but how does the scoring for cybr sunday work, are we going to predict the match and then the winner of that match? Like with the tag choice, you agot 3 different match choices, two teams to pick from, how the match will end, who pins who, simple questions getting complexed.

I think u should get points for picking correct opponent and points for picking the winner.

so if u pick Santino to win, u should get pts regardless of who he beats. and if u do pick the right stipulation, u get extra for that


Also, i  think u should get a bonus if u pick every opponent and stipulation correct.


Maybe next game, we can play ahead a little better for these types of scenarios.

I think I agree with D here, maybe to keep it simple we eliminate the guess the correct order of matches for this ppv and then apply the 5 points for picking the correct stipulation. Then regular points if you pick the winner.  Now for the tag match if you don't predict it right oviously by default you couldnt get any points, but with Santino, you still should get points. I mean it could be CHarlie Haas coming out or WWE could just randomly change it last minute, and that would suck for our game. Maybe +5 for correct prediction, regular points for the match, if you get the stipulation wrong you can still get points for the match as I view there honest system as I view WWE website, and we dont trust that.

So Points for the match, and points for the stipulation.

In the event of of the tag match if you pick the wrong stipulation then you couldnt get any points.

I knew WWE was rigging it so based my predictions accordingly

MASSIVE surprise (not) that Honky Tonk Man, Evan Bourne and Austin were all ''voted'' for.....

Batista beat Jericho - i think i predicted that, but what a stupid thing for WWE to do....

That was the name of one of his albums wasn't it?...


But wow, I did alright on this PPV.

I just couldnt see a Face Champion Bastita, maybe when Cena first went out, but now that Cena is going to be back soon and so is RKO, having bastita the champ? No surpize that Honky and Austin got "voted" in I am surprized that Evan bourne did, I thought for Sure WWE would be still pushing Henry vs Hardy.

As for the Miz/Morrison vs Cryme Tyme, I guess thinking back it doesnt surprize me, wasn't it last year that Miz got voted in to fight for the ecw championship? I think he has a strong following for some reason, I don't know if its from his MTV days or what.

I think SS will be a better PPV for me with a more traditional lineup. Also with  Bastita just winning the title, and with the fued not yet started between HHH and Kozlov, I think there is a good chance for Triple H to retain the title to December 1st. Which would help me out in this game.

As for HHH retaining when a match is worth 10 for the winner and 5 for method of win, there is probalby good 200-300 points left at the last 2 ppvs, I think it can be anyones game at this point, I need to make sure I am leading Izzy after the SS and get HHH points and go into the last ppv with atleast a 50 point lead. WWE is trying to hard to be unpredictable, afteral CM Punk was on the cyber sunday poster and he wasnt even in a match on the ppv.

Id like to think Cyber Sunday is rigged, but after Sunday, I'm not so sure it is.

I think they do try to lead u into the direction they want but I think Miz/Morrison vs Cryme Tyme was a shocker to everybody which is why the titles switched hands last night. They were booked and meant to switch on CS.

If it was rigged, which it's not, then a few years ago when HBK got injured on the RAW before the event (when it was on Tuesdays), they'd of rigged the voting to keep him out of the Main Event.  He fought the whole match on one leg.

The only rigged thing about it is they give you very similiar choices, or fix it so they know which you will choose.

I mean they knew who'd get the ECW title shot, Henry's a heel and Finlay's crowd reaction are nothing compared to Bourne's.

Even though they KNEW Austin would be Guest Referee, since the others did run-in's anyway it didn't matter.

Just like the Big Show vs Undertaker match didn't matter, they would of used that finish for every one of those match choices.

As for the Tag Matches that was a surprise, although a minor one.  The chosen guys appeared on TWO of the three tv shows last week and both have segments on wwe.com they get more air time and everyone secretly likes The Miz (you know it!)

Look at Santino's did it matter?  Whoever got picked they would of done a quick skit, had a quick match and then the other two would have come down and beat him up.

It's not like they say, ok Chris Jericho vs (and you pick the opponent); HBK, Batista or CM Punk.

Being Rigged or not, is what my downfall was.

I know the fans wouldnt of voted in Mark Henry, but I couldnt see WWE pushing Evan towards the ECW title.

Also I know Hardy was going to get voted in, but I thought fan wise and wwe wise they would of gotten Kozlov involed in a 3 way. Why not get him involved Hardy has been on the last 2 ppvs against HHH, about time to get someone new involved, From RR to know he has been involved in what 3 or 4 World Championship matches.

Diva costume? OK we now have 2 Fricken womens titles, if you cant get an even match on a ppv with 1 get rid of 1 of them, Why waste PPV on this.

Jericho Vs Bastita, I think everyone knew Stone Cold was getting picked. But I just didnt think a Face Batista would be winning, I thought with RKO coming Back and Cena and Jericho having just won the title and looking weak the last few weeks on Raw Jericho would prevail. I guess it will be RKO and Bastita fueding next.

Santino Vs Honky TOnk predictable match, to be honest though having the honk o meter at like 5-6 weeks, why have him loose to Honky TOnk so early? It would make sense for this angle farther down the line when he looks to be breaking the Honky Tonk mans record.

Tag Match, with Punk on the cover I thought for sure he would of been selected in, I couldnt believe MnM, I think and agree that everyone likes the Miz a little bit, I am just waiting for MnM to get the titles back, Miz is loved so much and isnt a great singles wrestler he needs someone to help carry him. MnM, Tag Champions in 09! I wouldnt mind seeing them fued with Punk and Kofi.

I was disappointed in this PPV for it being the people choice ppv. I hope there is some good build up fueds leading to SS,

Build up of Kozlov for a HHH vs Kozlov fued, Hell HHH hasnt fought one true Main Eventer at a PPV yet.

Bastita vs RKO, after how weak they have made Jericho look for the last month I dont want to see him headling a PPV.

Traditional SS Match with ECW (Dreamer, Finlay, Miz, Morrison) vs SD (Colons, Shelton, Kendrick) vs Raw (Rey, Santino, Priceless) or something along the such with Faces and Heels from each brand.

Cage mathc with UT and BS to end the fued.

I would just like to Personally thank the Egotisticall HHH for Dropping the Title one PPV too early. He couldnt hold onto it for another week to get me my 50 bonus points, now Slash will get them with Edge. I took a guess with HHH retaining the WWE title while going to smackdown. It looked to be a lock at the last two prior PPVs. I was hoping to go into the last PPV with a decent lead plus my 50 HHH points. He couldnt lay a little more blueblood pipe into Stephanie and keep the title one more week. A Small 39 Point Lead. I started from the wire with a lead and could of sealed the deal with a good SS and a Triple H win, If I loose at Armageddon, I will blame it all on the Mr Hump the Bosses Daughter to gaurentee a lifelong contract. He sure has come along way from Jobbing to the Ultimate Warrior at WM.

It'd be nice to having everything set from the start so we aren't implimenting changes as we go along.

Also bonus suggestions to.  i.e. with your first batch of predictions (Royal Rumble), predict who will be IC Champion at Backlash for 50 points etc. and so on

I reckon a full-on year long game would be epic.

Personally I'd prefer two 6 month games as it leaves things fresher and if half way through a year one and your bottom you will start just phoning in your predictions. Just my opinion though

On second thoughts, maybe so. We could just tally up the scores from the two six month games for a year long idea as a side thing.

Any Game that ends up like that is a good game. Donnie I don't want to toot my own HORN, but I am the ONLY UNDEFEATED CHAMPION OF POWERSLAM PREDICTIONS. I HAVE a 100% Winning Percentage, I have never lost and I won every game of HTGTH Powerslam Predictions ever played. Royal Rumble may be worth having a few "bonus" pointers.

Guessing who gets most eliminations.

Who lasts the longest in the match.

Presumably actually guessing the winner of the Rumble will be worth more points as well?

Royal Rumble Winner (+20), Most Eliminations (+15), Iron Man of the Match (+15).  Something like that.
