Title: Mind-Fucks
Post by: The Estranged MrFlashbax on March 03, 2008, 07:58:19 AM
i'm planning on running a movie night for my friends where the theme is mind-fucked, movies that fuck with your perception of what the hell is going on. i'm looking for suggestions (preferably of the sci fi nature). i need 6 to 8 movies. on the top of my list are Pi and Cypher.

The Butterfly Effect usually fucks me up, or Donnie Darko.

Start off the night with a song...dim the lights...roll My World!
I enjoyed the Michael Douglas movie The Game.  Cool flick.  It's not as f'd up as some of the previously mentioned movies, but it could work. :peace:

For a sci-fi type...  Event Horizon.

Prestige, Memento were awesome.  Fucking awesome.

You could also consider Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind or Being John Malkovich.
