He has Windows Vista and the Adobe writer isn't compatible with it. Is there another program I can download and use to open it with? If that's the case, it will work on Vista.

Everytime I try to open the .pdf document, the internet explorer restarts and everything automatically closes down. Its a student loan form that has to be signed and faxed in and it will not open it. I have Firefox on my Vista machine and I've never had a problem opening .pdf files with it. |
