Wow!!  Strange is almost an understatement.  Obsessive for sure.  I used to like him as an actor, but he just gets stranger and stranger by the minute.  I guess what ever floats your boat, but not my thing.

His wife was raised Catholic. I remember when they were getting married it was somewhat of an issue with her family in regards to this.  Did she convert over?

It's not very strange if you know what he's talking about.

He's just a free spirit.

Of course you think it's normal, you've been on various spaceships, hanging out with aliens and such. Not all of us have lived that lifestyle.  :o

Thanks Tom for all your specific information on Scientology.  Next we'll interview a person with information and specifics on Scientology.

That was inspiring!  I'm no longer a spectator.  I get it!  I must help Tom Cruise and maybe even more Tom's.  My mind is an enigma and if you don't understand this, then get out of the arena.  Either your in or out but sometimes you can be both because I was blown away by it.  I'm going to be secretive, reclusive and at the same time help everyone at the same time not the ones who can't see it, because I get it and I'll help them too.  I just want to go to the park and play but I can't because I get it and there's too much to be done and I only wish more people could see that.  It's just that simple.

I don't know.  Too much Brimley ass for my taste.  When Wilford went to town on Jean Tripplehorn, I was like what the hell is the director doing focusing the cam on Wilford's 80 year old ass?  It was quite disturbing.

Seriously, if you read the book first, the movie sucked balls.  Unfortunately, I read the book first (which was excellent btw)
Why the hell they casted the main chick as Jean Tripplehorn is beyond me.  In the book she may have been the hottest chick my mind's eye has ever mind-seen.   Tripplehorn was a disappointment.  :'(

On topic...hey, whatever floats his boat or flies his spaceship.  ::)

No, no, no, Jeanne T is fucking hot!! Her sex scene with Michael Douglas in Basic Instinct completely overshadowed anything Sharon Stone did in that movie, including flashing her muff.  As for Brimley, he'll tear a new one into your Quaker Oats.

Tainted One - yes, Hackman is a god.  Seriously, he's a total freak of nature; he's looked like he's 48 years old for the past 30 years.

I have to agree Jeanne is hawt for sure.

On that note Brimley has also looked the same since I can remember (Cocoon days.)  :hihi:

Guys, I know it's a little off-topic, but Jeanne T. over Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct?  I'm sorry, but in whatever year that movie was out, there weren't too many women out there hotter than Sharon Stone.  Her eyes were amazing.

on topic, for how long has Cruise been in a cult?...err...umm...I mean, a Scientologist?

I'm not saying she is better than Stone, just saying I find her very attractive. Stone looked awesome in Casino I thought, until her character got too strung out. I can't remember her in BI too much, watched it once YEARS ago.

She's rather hot in Total Recall as well.  ;)

Tripplehorn, hey to each his own.  You can have her.  :peace:

Oh yea! Totally smoking in that, for me, the best I've seen her. That was the first time I ever saw her in a movie, and was in love.  ;D

Saw her on Larry King one night a few years back, she looked like the crazy cat lady then, totally nucking futs.

I propose a tax funded program to teach republicans how to use google.com, I think it will be money well spent.

Perhaps we could start with some sort of verbal comprehension program first? I'd suggest implementing a modest "google/comprehension" tax at the gas pump. With luck we can not only solve the first issue, but create public demand for more fuel efficient cars at the same time. Too bad stoopid doesn't hurt, or we would have found a solution for that a long time ago. Steady as she goes.

Imagine how good spokesman scientology would have if all that charisma, money, enthusiasm and fame Cruise has belonged to someone with a tiny fraction of sanity.

Thank god  Cruise seems safely fucked up nutjob  in all things scientology related.
