I remember reading about the covers back in 1993 when there were rumors about the cover album coming out. Down On The Street and "a Hanoi Rocks" song were mentioned. /jarmo Title: Re: Down on the Street Post by: Crist_N_Roll on November 25, 2007, 05:53:45 PM In some places appear Jail Guitars Doors of The Clash was recorded in the TSI sessions::)
Title: Re: Down on the Street Post by: jarmo on November 25, 2007, 06:01:57 PM In some places appear Jail Guitars Doors of The Clash was recorded in the TSI sessions::) There's a cover of that song on Gilby's "Pawnshop Guitars" album. Duff plays drums and bass on it. I guess it's possible that Duff and Gilby recorded it while GN'R were doing "TSI?" sessions. /jarmo Title: Re: Down on the Street Post by: Crist_N_Roll on November 30, 2007, 03:35:01 PM When Gilby went to Argentina in the 94. He told to the press that he recorded in his own album, because that was the one song of all of the TSI that he and Axl's like it. But for some reasons it was never published :(
