Title: DIZZY REED AND HOOKERS N BLOW NEED YOU!!!--- Post by: hnb on November 20, 2007, 02:01:26 AM the polls have been reset in the ROCKIES awards that are being thrown by ROCK CITY NEWS.? Normally this isn't something the guys would think to be a part of, but because the band hasn't made a push to be known in LA, despite the fact they do quite a few gigs, they figured this would be a good way to support local music, and bring awareness in LA for HOOKERS N BLOW.? The band generally does smaller markets on the East Coast to fair success and they're hoping to now do this in their own backyard.

Not only does it suck that they've hidden the current results standings but this pisses me off even more: "This ballot is only part of judges consideration"So even if Dizzy gets the most votes, the judges can override it. ::) |
