He tried to sing during Slash's solo and they simply turned him off so he wouldn't ruin the highlight of the set.? People who have never seen slash were more than blown away.? Weiland however, HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU SING PATIENCE SO BAD.? I was a supporter of their cover, no longer.? He sang the wrong versus at wrong time.? Sorum was counting him in.? Duff was shaking head in disgust.? How come he remembers words to his songs or VR songs?? He had to be drunk.? He was crawling on stage and monitors a lot.? Some songs SBQM for example, he was dead on.? I don't get it.? He talked a lot with the crowd.? Took forever for them to get on stage, maybe that why they left 4 songs off.? I will post all videos to youtube.
Good news - They sold out the tickets they made available.? Bad news, they didn't even try to sell upper deck and several of my friends tried to get tix but couldn't.? So it was pretty damn packed for a tuesday night.? ?AIC was tight, but nearly put me to sleep with all those heroin laced songs.? I got Man in a Box that I will upload on Youtube.? Slash stole the show for sure, he is the real deal. I will update later and post all videos, you must see Slash's cool solo! Man, my video is a lil shakey, but damn, the quality of the audio is pretty damn impressive, especially if you want to hear Slash solo. It was hard cause Security said, "turn it off or its mine", but I risk for my forum brothers!!!! I went to see VR back in 2003 downtown at the Boutwell Auditorium. The show was pretty good and rocked. But after hearing the new album and being very disappointed, I didn't really want to go see them at Oak Mountain and now I'm happy I didn't. The band just isn't doesn't look promising any more to me. Shame though. >:(
