Truly sad that she has put her kids through this whole sorrid mess.

Damn man, I'm tired of fucking reading this shit about different celebritys. This isn't an attack on you spaghetti_incident, I'm just honestly baffled on the hell actually cares about this crap.

  I care and I'll explain why.  As a dad, it kills ya when a child is mistreated.  From everything we've heard from eyewitness accounts...those closest to her, etc.  she's an unfit mother.  I don't care if the "pressures of fame" got to her or not.  If they do, then get the fuck out of the spotlight.  Pull a fucking Axl and disappear.  In fact, one of the polluxlm-like conspiracy theories I had a few years back involved Axl living a normal life raising a family away from the prying cameras.  (of course I didn't and don't believe it, but I've got a good imagination.  :D)  The woman is a menace to herself and her children.

I have little sympathy for women that have children without the ability to raise them in a caring, nurturing, and safe environment. 

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

PS  I forgot to mention she should have her tubes tied.

How does this qualify as News headlines on tv? I would understand if it was in the entertainment segment on a news program but its a part of the actual news.

Also, i do not think KFED is any better, but he is a devious plotting charmer who will, probably, leave his kids to his ex wife as he goes on more binges and after dreams of celebrity.

If the judge was a little clever, he would not ask britney to pay a lot for the kids, as KFED got quite a bit in the divorce anyway.

I think time will see britney get her kids back home.

She should seek therapy, quit bad habits and straighten her career.

In a way, the judge gave her an incredible opportunity to do this.

And KFED is in the spotlight now, so whatever he does, wherever he goes, there will be a flash.

Judges aren't that stupid.

Is anyone actually surprised at this development? As a parent, my kids have always come first no matter what. I gave/give everything I have and own to make their lives comfortable,safe and full of love and understanding. It is not an easy job as they are in their teens now but I wouldn't change a second of it.
People can change, she needs help and she needs to grow up and become a responsible human and know this is no longer about HER.

Our long national nightmare is now over.

On the bright side, she regained custody of her underwear.

K-Fed yeah he is a douche, but obviously a better parent than Britney according to the court.? He deserves Britneys child support like any woman gets it from a father.? Child support is for the child not the ex.? If He has enough cash then the money can go into ecrow.? I never heard anything bad from the K-fed.? He's a dick and a womanizer (maybe)? but he never crashed cars drunk and druggin and putting the kids in danger on a regular basis.? He saw his kids were not being properly taken care of and did the right thing and was awarded them legally.? I'm sure, that once she get's her shit together, she'll get them back.? I'm sure she was wacky with fame and competing with Jessica Simpson and after the kids got worse mentally and that's why he bugged out.?? She had many chances to get squared away and didn't.? He at least made fun of himself in that commercial and his other ex never said he was a bad parent.

FInnally someone takes them from her

She should get into a long term rehab, get her young life together, and disappear from the public eye. She accomplished enough, she should take her money, raise her children and have an awesome fucking life, free of drugs, loser media speculation, and the empty life she now has. Unfortunately, now that her kids have been taken away from her, she may very likely get worse. Maybe it will snap her into shape, but I'm guessing it would send her into a tailspin.

I'm indifferent to her success or failure, but as a real person (stripping away the media bullshit), I'd wish her the best of luck and hope she could come across somebody that helps her. Sadly, she can easily paint herself in the corner, surrounding herself with individuals who will never utter the word "no" to her.

Screaming queens aside, they really should just leave the fucking girl alone.

It is news when someone famous looses their kids - they are supposed to be better and smarter than the rest of the general population :hihi:

I think she only had kids to keep Kevin, boost her public appeal and do what everyone else in hollywood is doing. I don't think she ever thought about the responsibility and I don't think she really wanted them. Honestly, she doesn't seem too upset.

Having kids is the hardest job in the world!!!! I have two girls so I can say that with confidence. Seriously, you could be a rocket scientist and when you have your first kid, you'll be like, damn, this is harder than work!

Also, the dumb bitch ignored all the judges orders. The court usually gives you a chance, but only one, if you don't do what they ask on your chance, then the judge will do everything in his power to make your life hell. She blew off everything the judge told her to do and I don't know about her lawyer but usually they push you to listen to a judge - maybe he did and she didn't - either way, she ain't getting anything until she completes judges orders.

Kev will have them until he proves otherwise but I was thinking why not give them to the grandparents? But they raised this dumb ass so that might not be any better. It's pretty sad when neither parent is a choice.

And seriously people, the media and the machine made Britney who she is - she cannot sing or act - she can dance but that seems to have gone also. Why would we want her to concentrate on her career and make a comeback????????????? She sucks! People buying the music telling her she is great when she lip synchs only fuels the self love which she has in overabundance. I say, thank heaven you made as much as you did by lip synching pop bullshit, grow up, and move on. Don't make a comeback or concentrate on your career. Concentrate on your kids and making a normal life for yourself. It ain't all that bad.
