Now usually 4-5hrs and 8hrs one day a week, the 20 min. combat nap helps a lot when you don't sleep a lot.? If your very active and young sometimes long periods of sleep are ok but to sleep 12hrs all the time isn't healthy.? My personal sleep deprivation was 6 days but I'm positive that the 15-20 mins. of deep rem that I don't remember was enough to keep the body going.? I sometimes think to myself how did I stay up for so long w/o sleep?? Then something comes up and I do it w/o a problem.? I don't mean 6 days but I woke this A.M. after being up for 41 hours and only needed 7 hours of sleep to recover.? You know how far you can go and it becomes a mind over matter adjustment.? Hopefully I'll do another 7 tonight.? ?
