Title: American Grapes Post by: stolat on September 14, 2007, 02:44:16 AM I just bought some purple grapes from America (so the sign said)! They are so crispy and sweet - how did they get them all the way Downunder?

As well as many other areas in the states (N.C.)etc.? Those are the 2 big wine making areas now.? Cali is by far the biggest w/o question.
? I had an orange from Chile.? I bought it from an Italian butcher and it was delivered by a Korean man.? I thought it was either too late or too early for oranges to be imported from Chile but I guess not.
