AND WTF is Green Day doing there?

AND WTF is Green Day doing there? 15. American Idiot Green Day 101. Imagine John Lennon? ::) It says "ROCK ALBUM" though How rock is Lennon's album? Ive heard the Imagine album and outside of imagine I think most of it sucks personally. I think people get too caught up in "Its John Lennon" Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: hellfirecan on September 11, 2007, 08:07:38 AM Where is this "local" radio station out of curiosity? I am pleasantly surprised to see a couple of Tragically Hip albums on the list...so I am assuming it is a Canadian station.
Yeah Green Day American Idiot...ugh...and I am not sure I would have put Meatloaf that high, or even on the list. But the rest of the list looks okay. Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: RoCoKiN on September 11, 2007, 08:09:16 AM Where is this "local" radio station out of curiosity?? Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: RoCoKiN on September 11, 2007, 11:19:05 AM Q104 plays Guns atleast once a day...and the DJ yesterday even mentioned Chinese Democracy and hoping it comes out soon!

Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: axl2 on September 11, 2007, 02:37:41 PM Q104 have done this type of thing Multiple times and every time GNR comes up BIG. A few years ago on a weekend they did the top 104 Rock Bands and GNR came 3rd right ahead of The Rolling Stones.
Halifax LOVES GNR. But thats obvious by how the concert turned out last November. Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: JDA on September 11, 2007, 02:55:41 PM Who cares. I am sick about hearing about a 20 yr old album (even if it is one of my fav.) Where is the new shit?
Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: Nytunz on September 11, 2007, 02:57:12 PM Cool!
Nice to see so many GNR albums on the list :) But anyway.. GNR should top AC/DC Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: WhatIsItMan on September 11, 2007, 03:23:43 PM So this is the "latest" GN'R news, eh? Just checking...
Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: Rocker_GNR on September 11, 2007, 03:39:13 PM I missed some Judas Priest song in the list, could be "You've got another thing coming" or "Metal gods", or "Braking the Law", or ...
Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: Gargh! on September 11, 2007, 10:47:04 PM That's a pretty crap list. No Piece of Mind? No Seventh Son?
Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: freedom78 on September 11, 2007, 11:05:07 PM These albums ranked near each other make me laugh (and cry...inside):
15. American Idiot Green Day 16. Black Sabbath Black Sabbath 32. All The Right Reasons Nickelback 33. 2112 Rush Why the fucks is Girls, Girls, Girls ranked 18 spots higher than Shout at the Devil? For most Crue fans, that one's just common sense. Title: Re: Top 104 on Q104 Post by: Bobarcord on September 11, 2007, 11:07:48 PM I would never take any of these polls seriously . The only opinion when it comes to stuff like this that should matter is your own.
