Some guy I work with knows someone close to the band-I asked someone as in guitarist? but he will not tell me who-I keep asking him....he said-the album is supposed to be out this DECEMBER??

Anyhow-he said the album is going to be INCREDIBLE -he told me he hasn't heard it (the album) but was told this by whoever this person close to the band is and its suppose to be right before Christmas-promotion to start by October he told me.

Thats not an accurate statement on your part. Jarmo is against negativity towards the bands current lineup and what its doing, not negativity towards rumors that are most likely false.

I might be wrong though.

I love the current band and the new tunes but not only am I negative about rumors, I'm negative about the prospect of the album ever actually being released.

One thing I am positive about is this thread being locked or deleted in the very near future.

As vague as these "insights" are, I do feel that things will start in October.  Can't explain it, but something tells me all the legal/contractual stuff has been put to bed (hence the Asian/pacific tour) and now working on final details of single/video/promotion.  If it's not this year, we should get a firm release date from the band if not Axl himself for 2008.  If none of this happens, this album will never see the light of day.

My brother is well known for his skills with Tarot cards among other things...last year (June 2006) i asked him to see in his cards when will the album came out and after doing his thing he said 8 of April, 2008 (which is a tuesday, so it would be 8 of April US, 7 os April Europe). At that time i laughed and mocked him cause Merck and Axl both have said CD would be out before the end of the year...but now I'm not so sure if I should have laughed...if my little brother gets this one right, i dont know what im gonna do  :rofl:

Tarot cards scare me... if they work it probably isn't because God decided to play cards with someone. Thus, IF they work they threaten my entire belief system.
