Title: Record stores in Stockholm
Post by: kaasupoltin on July 25, 2007, 06:11:27 AM
So I'm going to Sweden in two weeks and I need some advice; I'd like to find some good record stores in Stockholm (so far I've only found Record Palace). I'm especially interested in 2nd hand stores 'cause I'm looking for rarities, vinyls and memorabilia. So.. anyone from Stockholm or near? Thanks in advance!

I'm not from Sweden, but...

Try Sound Pollution and TPL.

I'm a bit late, but try out the second hand record shop on Sveav?gen (get off the tunnelbana at R?dmansgatan). It's full of old CDs and records.

S?dermalm has a few record shops. Go along G?tgatan towards Medborgarplatsen and look at the shops on the small lanes coming off G?tgatan.

Check out St Eriksgatan (by the bridge, taking you from Norrmalm to Kungsholmen) which has a few. Get of at St Eriksplan and it's just around the corner.

Or just look at ebay!

Internet is the best bet, the record-stores you are after are most likely all run out of buisness by the big record-chains :hihi:
