yeah it will be available on PS3 too, but that's just expensive.. yeah it looks cool, and kinda different from before if u compare it to earlier games and the russian carachter are pretty different from vercetti and CJ

ill be getting it on PS3 for sure i love these games, the only problem is sometimes they are so huge that travelling from one place to another is time consuming, plus it normally takes 6 cars to do like one cross town journey (if you drive like me)

I love the GTA games, but since they bitched out and didn't put Liberty City Stories or anything after that out for PC...well, I'm not buying a fucking console just for one game.  It still pisses me off!  Why intentionally alienate a large part of your market?  I paid like $40-50 for GTA: SA, and I'm sure many others did too.  That's a LOT of money they've fucked themselves out of.  :rant:

I won't buy a PS3 (have a 360 and Wii already) until, probably, the next Final Fantasy hits....if it's exclusive, that is.

Doesn't matter, this time the music will be from all over the place not just a particular year/years. Its also gonna be more diverse in terms of styles. Theres gonna be like a fucking Russian rap station and everything. It's gonna kick serious ass.

Haha, that's awesome! :D I'm definitely buying this one, but I'll have to consider the platform... I'd either buy an Xbox 360 or PS3, or upgrade my PC. All options have their pros and cons, but right now I'm thinking about just getting a new computer. Then again, I'd get to play the console version earlier as the PC version will probably take an extra year or so to come out :-\

I think it'll be more underground type music. If I remember from way back (I've been following this game since the first trailer, it looks awesome  :drool:), some 'underground' musician said that Rockstar contacted him about having a song in the game.

And in the second trailer the song is from The Boggs, who aren't really that known...

that is a good question, what music would they put on?  im betting they will take music from the past 10 years or so (or whenever the last GTA took place), cuz i just dont see them using music from the past few years.

If it were up to me, I'd have more well-known bands on the soundtrack. The rock stations on Vice City, Vice City Stories and San Andreas were all cool. Actually, most of the VC soundtrack was good.

As for Liberty City Stories (never played GTA III), all I had to listen to was the talk station. Good thing the GTA talk stations are funny.

I'm glad I just bought XBL for a year, because this will be Game Of The Year, and with Microsoft paying $50 mil for exclusive content, I'm sure it'll be awesome  :beer:

- Every Building is pock-marked with the scars of modern living.

- Graffiti stains walls, billboards and the back of filth splotched vans feature in the game.

- The realism of the shooting system has been overhauled. Aiming effects everything. Headshots actually kill people this time, and if you shoot someone in the leg, they limp.

- HUD contains health bar that goes around the map. It is described as a thin, green band.

- Most key gameplay aspects won't be revealed before the release.

- The reporters saw Niko using a couple of different pisols, an Uzi and Little Jacob's trunk had a few rifles, including Sniper options and others. These Sniper Rifles are customizable
