Title: how will these sound live
Post by: LIGuns on July 03, 2007, 09:33:14 PM
I've listened to the album but can't picture these songs as being fun live. Overall I like the album, but there is to much down time and repetivness for the live experience..So far I think it is much better than CB. Having the lyric sheet helps..Anyone pick up on the "gas mask solider" artwork reminds me of the CD t-shirt form a few years back.

From boots and live footage I've seen the Libertad songs have much more punch live, because Slash uses his classic sound setup live, rather than the cleaner tone he uses on the studio versions. Just 16 sounded killer on a live video I saw, and was disappointed with the studio version.
