Title: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: thereisnodanaonlyz on June 09, 2007, 08:32:28 PM Just crossed over as a "demi-god" from mygnr since 04...
I'm sorry but people over there are way too fucking negative. Nobody seems to bitch at each other as badly over here... Oh, and the other major selling point for me was the Axl/fashion thing... I started a thread over there trying to figure out what brand of jeans Axl has been going with lately.... Got about 99 assholes condeming the subject. What happens? I come over here and there's already a thread dedicated to it with answers galore. Also, I'd be willing to bet there are more people at htgth that are in support of the "new" band, versus "REAL GN'R are axl, slash, steven-" don't even have to finish the sentance. AND... without kissing any ass at all (seriously), Jarmo is cool, period. Any mygnr members here? Or crossovers, like myself? Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: Jim Bob on June 09, 2007, 08:39:18 PM that site is really just a site for fans of the old GnR. If you like GnR now forget it, its not for you because most of the members there hate the band. I'm happily banned.

There's no need to start what some people will see as a flame war between forums. Some places do stuff one way, we do stuff another way, that's all there is to it. Certainly no intentions of starting a flame war... It's not like I was JayPayton or Kaneda-sized... Everyone's got my blessings over there. Madison, Admin, Jack99, etc. All nice people. I just can't stand all the mulletry and negativity. Plus, the man himself mentioned Jarmo on stage. That is gigantic. Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: 2112 on June 09, 2007, 09:13:10 PM I used to hang at the mygnr for a while, before the "myspace change".
But I thought it was too addictive so I got myself purposely banned from there. Now I am semiaddicted here instead. And yes. Everyone is negative at mygnr except Luiz (god bless him) Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: Mr. Redman on June 10, 2007, 11:00:14 AM I'm happily banned. As am I. Mr. 313 Dana Zool, I feel that you're welcomed here. This place is a hundred times better then here. Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: CheapJon on June 10, 2007, 11:04:54 AM damn it.. i'm gonna go and get myself banned at mygnr now :hihi:
but how.. Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: Genesis on June 10, 2007, 11:17:34 AM I started a thread over there trying to figure out what brand of jeans Axl has been going with lately.... ... Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: SlashRock on June 11, 2007, 04:48:45 PM Stop bitching on MYGNR. Its a great forum just like this is. :smoking:

I sure hope that's an automatic title based on post count and not a self-ascribed one... Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: Jackamo! on June 11, 2007, 09:29:24 PM I like mygnr better than here.... but I'm banned from there... :(
Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: axlrosegnr on June 11, 2007, 09:42:40 PM I used to post over there, in fact, I was one of the very first people over there when the place started. I left for the exact same reasons, all the negativity. But that was years ago. Now I don't post too often on any board, because quite frankly I don't give a shit what other people think about this band, I know I love 'em, and that's all that matters to me ;D
Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: Verasa on June 11, 2007, 09:42:50 PM This is the only one i post at and i don't post ?in excess ?or in every thread to add to my post count.. I check theirs for information that is not posted here.. I worked all day and was gone that night when the umm......newer musical song type things fell before us in early may and could tell when i logged in that there was a little hostility in the threads and of course the pop up topics that last for 4 seconds. i cruised there and found a 17 page thread with the info i needed..
Jarmo's got connections with gnr and has met axl and the band... he's a fan just like us and took his love and passion for GnR and their music to the next level, allowed us as fans communicate to each other and share things we might of never heard or seen all while having a straight connection with GnR and theres no other GnR board on the net as so. I don't like his attitude and the constant fighting he does with trolls about this or about that.. it's your place, you run it the way you run it and fuck em' if they don't like it..they can leave just as fast as they came and thats all you should have to say and say it only once.. same goes for me but i don't get in arguments with you i say congrats to jarmo and HTGTH..great gnr site and mygnr is cool too  Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: chineseblues on June 11, 2007, 10:15:56 PM Any board that supports ticket scalping is crap IMO. That's why I think mygnr sucks....

'Cause that'd make two... Title: Re: HTGTH>Mygnrforum.com Post by: SLCPUNK on June 12, 2007, 12:08:04 AM The douche bags I met at the LV show were from MyGnR, it was no surprise when they said that.
