Budokan has not been deleted yet in the above universal site.... So it may be difficult to find cheep flight back to US etc... If you cannot find any place to stay, you can go to Roppongi, where a plenty of bars / night clubs stay open throughout the night for people from outside Japan (English is more commonly used than Japanese there). But GnR in Tokyo.....gotta go...what coud be better.
