Here Today... Gone To Hell!

Dizzy Reed is featured on both the soundtrack to the film and acting in the film itself.  On August 7th, you'll be able to get the soundtrack and watch the film on DVD.  Dizzy is going to have several songs on the soundtrack including the awesome song that many of us have already heard, "The Air".  The film and soundtrack will be distributed through Warner Bros.  If you guys haven't heard "The Air" as well as the other song Dizzy sang that's been previewed through MySpace, "Silent Light", they're great.

Still Life  is the name of a recent chinese movie > a MASTERPIECE

i've seen it, Dizzy ain't in it.

Not the same movie, man.  This an independent movie written and directed by a guy who used to be a roadie for GN'R.  The movie is called "The Still Life", anyway.

I listened to "The Air" a while ago... back when Meat Loaf's song The Monster Is Loose first leaked... I liked The Air; I remember listening to it on repeat for a while and thinking it was the best thing ever. Then I deleted it.

Ali, can you ask Joel if its gonna be available at places like Walmart or Best Buy? Or is it gonna be only available online?

This song is fuckin sick. i hadnt heard it in a long time and it rocks so hard. Cant wait to hear the rest of Dizzy's songs.

If we cant have Chinese, this is the next best thing.

That song could be in The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars album.

The Still Life is a good film and the soundtrack is amazing.

I would definitely encourage people to check it all out.

Thanks Mysteron.  I am sure Joel would appreciate that.  He really worked hard on this film and the soundtrack and poured his heart and soul into it.  It's worth checking out both.

FYI everyone who is interested in the film and/or soundtrack.

It looks like Warner Bros is going to bundle the soundtrack and film.  In other words, if you buy the soundtrack, you buy the film with it, or vice-versa.  Straight from the film's writer/director.
