not my favorite song but the don't cry video is pretty sweet...with stephanie looking gorgeous and slash driving the car off a cliff

Forgot about Yesterdays. ?Yeah...I liked that one alot too.

When Garden Of Eden was released as a video, I remember taping it with the ol' VCR and wearing the tape out...so I should say GOE too.

They used to play a little cartoon on the screens after concerts with My World playing.

Never seen it. Can someone put it up fro me please?

Estranged is my fav. November Rain I also like very much. I like all the GNR videos. Even the video for Since I Don't Have You.

hands down it's gotta be paradise city...it shows guns in all their glory, rocking out in an outdoor venue...even though they were opening for ozzy then.  crowd was electric.  anyone know if there's a recording of this entire concert?

Dead Horse.  Kidding, but man did I love that song during the UYI days.  It was my favorite GNR tune at the time.  Now that title goes to Rocket Queen.  Dead Horse still holds up today though for me.

The version of the video was never released for Appetite For Destruction they also had a video for Live Era '87?'93.

chinese democrcay is the best one yet.

Estranged, for Axl showing us a glimpse of his house (so i could fing it easy up in the malibu hills ;D) and for the screenshots at sunset strip's Roxy (nice club) and Rainbow bar and grill (always a pleasure to eat there).
And the Axl jump off the big ship, amazing!

The garden...very underrated vid and song.........

The full version of Sweet Child.  I can still remember waiting for that video to be aired on MTV like 15 times a day.  The Paradise came out a few months later and that one blew me away.  Estranged and Yesterdays are my two favorite from the UYI albums.

The first four videos are all amazing.  Everything thereafter just got sillier and sillier.  But at least they were able to spend more money on them.  That's gotta count for something.

I really love the part in Don't Cry where Axl's dressed like a Russian Prince in biker shorts, as he staggers around in a blizzard with a gun.  And then a baby opens its eyes.  "There's a lot goin' on!"

Jungle rules. November rain is awesome.  yesterdays vid, like the song, just makes me sad in a "what could have been" way. 

you could be mine was fucking amazing at the time, T2 was so big back then.  big movie with the biggest band in the world on the cusp of their follow up to one of the biggest CDs of all time - f'ing amazing time to be a guns fan.  huge world premiere video.

It's amazing how many times I have watched a film with Gary Oldman in it and not realized that it is him (for the first 15 minutes anyway!). Excellent actor!

i thought the editing and cinematography in Dont Cry were great..really matched the mood of the song..it was probably my favorite although Estranged is a close second....and I just thought Yesterdays was a rockin video....band looked cool...it showed old photos....good stuff

I would go with either Estranged (although it is a bit over the top) or don't cry... Don't cry just has so much meaning to it...

I'd be interested in reading some of your comments on the meaning of that video.  For the life of me, I can't figure it out.

In general, I don't really care for the Del James tribute videos.  They were ambitious, sure.  But I never really got anything out of 'em.  Maybe you could enlighten me a little.

Being that none of us are music video experts I will differ to MTV who in 1993 named NOVEMBER RAIN the best video of all time out of their 100 video countdown. Nov Rain beat MTV's default #1 video of all time "Thriller" and I remember feeling very proud. I mean.. dude.. it beat THRILLER...Thriller!

For me personally it has to be Paradise City because it brings back a time in my life when I had no real worries.  Where does our youth go.
