Title: Im on are u on ? Post by: GNR4L on April 27, 2007, 03:56:11 AM I tired out everyone talkin shit about GnR !!! yeah Tommy sprained his wrist thats just the way life is deal with it. I've been a GnR fan since I was 9 years old and im not gonna let a CD that was SUPPOSE to come out 15 yrs ago make me not a fan of this fine established band new or old. Everyone can come up with these stupid rumors like the bands broke up and all this other garbage but im not having it. I visit this bored everyday hoping there is a release date or a single or video coming up so far nothing but I don't knock this band I don't come up with false rumors about this band IM GONNA KEEP WAITING UNTILL THE DAY IT HAPPENS and it will come soon !!! the album with be out this year the single will come soon. I have so much confidence in this band and Axl that it will happen. Everyone had a hissy fit about how the tour is cancelled OH NO no GNR this year will look what happend have some patience. This is my favorite band of all time IM ON BOARD till the end are U ????

MAYBE it'll give them enough time to tie up all the loose ends on CD. MAYBE? Wishful thinking. Regardless, it's good to hear the world tour is still a go. It appears more dates are destined to be announced soon. Let's just hope nothing freaky happens (again) to stall the process.

GNR is my favourite band ever and will always be, i'll be here to my last days (or 'til jarmo has other commitments and shuts the place down) there is no other band that i follow, knows worthless shit about, you name it like with gnr.. i'm learning good english and is getting friends around the world thanks to gnr well every little thing in the world i can relate to gnr :hihi: even after all this it is still possible for me to go to other bands shows, buying their CDs and just listen to their music, just look at the music world this year with NIN, MM, possible RATM reunion, VR lots of lots of bands with their new music, so i don't get why some other people can be/feel/behave like me... :hihi:

A true fan is someone who likes the music, not a blind follower, or someone with the money to spend on the band. All it takes to be a fan of music is to like it. Too many people on this board have this "holier than thou" attitude because they have 2,000 posts or they stay online for upto the millisecond updates from ever concert, "Ok its silent, its silent still, still silent, i hear a note, intro to WTTJ starting, fog on stage, more intro playing, more intro, axl appearing, band appearing, tommy playing baseline, frank playing a drum beat, Axl say you, axl says know, axl says where..." That just means you have more time on your hands. Yes its a message board and its for discussion, but YOU dont decide whose a fan. I hate that "get on board or get off" shit. You dont profit off the album, why tell someone who will buy the album not to because they dont have 500 posts or dont believe the album will be out this year. Who the hell cares. Get over yourself. Youre a guy who likes GNR, so is the person who has all the cds but doesnt care enough to check out the websites or forums. No difference. I personally kept with it all these years and still waiting. First GNR gig was Wembley 91 recent was Download fest 2006 and will be eagerly awaiting UK return, CD or NO CD.
