i just entered the site and tried to purchase 2 tickets ($650) and there are still tickets available.

I think he means the ''field zone''... not the whole venue.

Well, yeah,, pista o cancha... thats what i tried to purchase and it did direct me to "ticckets reserved for 5 minutes" .. so i assume there's still tickets in that zone.. also i chose the price which are those for general entrance...  Of course, maybe im wrong man, or fucked it up something...   But still, i hope we mexicans can pack twice the fuck out the venue!  :peace:

Ok. My silly ass can't read spanish so what are all the sections they list up to like $1300 or more? It seems one of them is a suite? Can someone please help so I can decide where I want to sit and purchase tickets?

Also, does anyone know this area? Is it located on the ocean at all? Are any cities on the tour? Do you have recommendations for hotels?

Ok Field costs 650dlls aprox which is the better are to be on a GNR concert i just bought mine so it means there are available tickets.

There are several zones like 11 zones the expensive is 140dlls in which you have bar and that stuff but those zones are like balconey so if you want to rock buy for field zone.

I also bought 2 floor tickets for 650 PESOS each...  like 60 bucks. I was thinking about buying the most expensive ones, but they are sidestage (not in front!) and why would I want to sit at a GN'R concert anyway? I rather spend that money on beer!
And btw, Monterrey it's a real nice city (like many others in Mexico, so don't believe everything you read!).
It's a 2 hour drive south from Laredo, Texas and has first class hotels and malls. I recommend that you  try eating "cabrito". It's really good!
I will cross the border from El Paso, Texas to Juarez, Chihuahua and will fly from there to Monterrey. It's really cheap.

Yeah I think that's kinda strange too. I'm hoping that everything will be updated soon. Not too long til the South Africa concert so hopefully we'll get some info there or soon around it.

Same here Beto! I had tickets for a 49ers Vs. Cards game and the next day for the GN'R concert that got cancelled.
I was so dissapointed when it got cancelled, that I didn't even travel to Phoenix for the game.
Lets hope it doesn't happen again....

Ok. I'm not going to get tickets because I'm scared the same crap is going to happen in Mexico that is happening for all the other dates. That totally sucks! I have never been in a position where I don't buy tickets for a concert because i'm afraid the show will be cancelled!!!!!!!!! What the hell??????? This is insanity! I want to see these shows for a birthday celebration but I don't want to waste $500 on air tickets and then book a hotel room just to be let down!!!!!!

Yeah, GNR should sell (or ticket brokers) insurance policies along with the tickets!!!!!! They are a f***** liability!

This show (along with all the others in Mexico) are not (yet) officially postponed or cancelled. The source HTGTH and Mygnr have is la cuchara sonica ( the silver spoon ) a mexican music site in the likes of anti music with no sources or confirmed information.

Well i posted this in the morning but my post was moved and merged into another thread, dont know why.

Also tickets for Mty are on sale now i bought mine and also book my airpline ticket, but as somebody says this link has no sources but i have a friend who works at OCESA and he has the report the GNR sent to OCESA confirming this cancel.


I hope all of this are just rumours so i can see my favourite band i my country.

So it was supposed that today was the presale for Mexico and Guadalajara concerts, i havent been able to contact any agent on the call center but on the ticketmaster site there nothing about it.


Anyone knows when those tickets will be on sale ?
