Those boys will never fully get back what they lost IMO. 60 Minutes did a wonderful job a few months back, essentially exonerating these kids and pointing out the many flaws of the overzealous (asshole) prosecution. He is scum because he wanted to make his name at the expense of others and he did not care what the facts were or who he hurt--he just wanted to punish some upper class white jocks. It would be interesting to know his background, where he came from and what kind of family. Today he apologized to the boys, but it is too little, too late.
