When my band was doing some GNR tunes , I really learned alot. Slash's leads are a bitch to get down but Izzy really gives the band a full sound......
Woah intro was sweet , ok he did nail it great work I must say. The riff sounds sounds a little wierd though. I love the guitar/vocal thing going on. I wish someone would tab out this version. Pretty sweet job , I love the tone man on the vocal lead it sounds so slash like its cool. I liked the fact that he stayed true to the original , the tone of the solo is insane I mean its like he sampled the actual song! Yea def' 2 thumbs up the dude rocks. apart from classy guitarwork, honorable mention should go to the drummer and/or producer of this because they somewhat managed to recreate that echoey (sp?) and juicy drum sound which was trademark of AFD.
