or it can mean he's 'joing GNR for another world tour' that was announced the other day, just as the poster reads...?

Hopefully that means Dizzy will be with GNR for awhile, and have a huge tour and promotion for CD

I'm optimistic that if he's going to be playing this show on April 6th, that the Mixing will be done.  I am thinking this, because I recall that all the band members were suppose to be heading to NYC (I think this was posted 2 weeks ago) to be involved with Mixing.  If this was true...then I conclude that Mixing is done by the HN'B show!

I think it means Dizzy is touring with GN'R again.  And as we've seen, a new GN'R tour doesn't mean a new album in any way, shape or form.  Don't get excited yet.

This project sucks, and Troy Patrick Farrell was involved with Tramps White Lion, not White Lion...and theres a big difference...good drummer though.

This doesnt qualify as news, this is Dizzy's last show until he decides to go back, and besides I taught Hookers N Blow was his band...thats like Duff and Slash leaving....oh, no wait, forget that :hihi:

People should be cooler to HNB.

These guys gave their lives over to rocking.  I think it's cool that they're still getting out there playing shows.

Personally, I'm a big fan of Izzy's songs, but don't really care for the way they're recorded and produced on UYI.  HNB does Dust N' Bones and Pretty Tied Up and they sound like real rock songs again.

Eat My Silkworms bought the band a round of shots at their first Dizzy farewell show a few weeks ago.

I think Dizzy sang all of the GN'R songs and Eric sang the remaining with Dizzy backing him....my memory is kinda fuzzy though..
This show had nearly twice as many songs as the last one they did at the Cat club..

I find it really weird that Dizzy covers gnr songs, when he is in gnr.Very weird

What is so weird about that? He has spent pretty much his entire musical life inside GNR, its not like he has some huge body of solo material to pull from. Besides, pretty much the only people who have any interest in seeing Dizzy only do so because of the GNR connection, so covering the song gives them what they want to hear.

yes covering the songs is ok i guess but dizzy singin axl songs when he is in a band with axl.....kinda strange.

my friend sent me this email about Dizzys show last Friday night, I was suppossed to drive up from San Diego but never made it, his friend made it and mentions here that Axl was there.
