Wow, that would've been one tough vote for me back in 1994.? Those were my 2 favorite bands back then, since then Eddie Vedder got a little too weird for my taste and their music got less and less appealing.? GNR on the other hand hasn't released anything new since that time so I haven't really had a chance to think that they've gotten stale musically.? I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'd rather wait 13 years for something spectacular then 5 or 6 albums of crap to semi-crap in those 13 years.? Title: Re: vote for GNR on wbcn's march mayhem Post by: liesin on March 22, 2007, 03:59:47 AM totally agreed "faldor", many so called "great bands" bands tend to drop some half ass records as time passes, might sound stupid and varey obvious for me to state that since we all know it but I just want to focus on te fact that far to many get away with it, for me there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to do something great just because they've grown old, you just have to adjust to time and most of all to your self. bladdering on now... guess what I'm trying to say is that you got music in your heart and you just gotta find new ways to express it, if your fingers grows older and slow then find another way to express your genius, cause thay all got it, people just seem to get a lock down when their not 20 years old and bashing it out.
