Title: GNR and itunes Post by: acompleteunknown on March 07, 2007, 05:34:36 PM For anyone here who listens to their music with itunes, do any of you ever pay attention to the "playcount?" Just out of curiousity, I was wondering what GNR songs people end up listening to the most. I know we all have our favorite songs...but it's always interesting to see what songs end up getting the most play.

That's like 200 hours of hearing the same song over and over...or it's like listening to the same song for two straight weeks without a stop. I'm very impressed.
Title: Re: GNR and itunes Post by: GNRfan2008 on March 08, 2007, 12:57:54 AM I've re-ripped stuff (replace AAC with mp3 for more compatibility in case I don't always own an iPod) and reinstalled Windows a few times so my playcounts are low, but here's my list:
1. Better (original full 2006 leak) - 12 2. T.W.A.T. - 8 3. I.R.S. - 7 4. Paradise City (Live at the Ritz) - 5 5. Mama Kin (Live at the Ritz) - 5 6. Rocket Queen (Live at the Ritz) - 5 7. 14 Years - 5 8. Yesterdays - 5 9. Used To Love Her - 4 10. Don't Cry (Alt. Lyrics) - 4 I have not re-ripped Live at the Ritz in quite a while so that's why those 3 are so high on my list at the moment. I've listened to Appetite songs far more often than most of the stuff on this list except for the leaks. Title: Re: GNR and itunes Post by: randomconcepts on March 08, 2007, 09:09:32 AM The reasons mine are high are:
1. Greatest Band Ever 2. I Am In College (Ipod Goes With Everywhere) 3. Am In College For Art (Listen To Ipod All The Time During Studios) This may be the first thread I have liked in a long while...I am also proud to be the first person to have Jumping Jack Flash, Human Being, Sympathy For The Devil and Perfect Crime as my tops... I thank Apple for inventing the Ipod so I can listen to every GNR track the've released. I even listen to My World on occasion... it has started to grow on me. Uhh, a song isn't normally one hour long? Let's say it's 5 minutes long. That's 5 * 200 / 60 = 16.6666 (Hours). You said it was two weeks. I don't know where you are from, but if a week is 8.3333333 hours long where you are, I'M GONNA MOVE TO THERE, NOW!!! :peace: Title: Re: GNR and itunes Post by: acompleteunknown on March 09, 2007, 12:25:23 AM Okay, I'm totally blown away by the people who have listened to songs over 200 times????
