The best I ever had was in Germany. It was chocolate, in some small town. I don't have the will-power to keep 1.75 quarts or a half-gallon of ice cream in my freezer for more than 8 hours. It just isn't possible. :'( My weaknesses??? Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup by Turkey Hill. Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie (it's only a pint and I share it with my wife...yes, that's how I rationalize it!) Bill Clinton gave a speech at Penn State in 2001 and stopped by there and was allowed to mix flavors (which is forbidden...it's kind of got a non-mean soup nazi approach to it). The Paterno Pistachio is pretty damn good.....but their Vanilla is godly.

We're renting Borat...and I caved...a beautiful half gallon of chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and caramel swirl is sitting in my freezer. :drool: PS I've had the bubble gum flavored ice cream.
