can they tour again without the cd? why even call the tour "Chinese Democracy" without the album...again (3X)? Makes little sense to me. Should be called the "Greatest Hits Tour."

they can, but it is stupid.

i dont think they'll hit the states again without the record, but they'll be playing asia on the back of appetite again.

if we dont get info on the album with a release date before they hea dout on tour then we are goona get dragged thru the mud again....Basically you can dust off ?the Black Friday release theories...

I just hope Axl has the balls to hand in the album before they hit the road. If not we arent going to get it anytime soon......instead we will get...

i think by the time GNR hit Asia that you'll have further news about GNR and the album release, and I reckon that once Axl has reached the Asian market he will release the album before hitting another market again. he went to european festivals, europe, england, north american and now asia. next is australia and oceania and then hes seen the world in less then 18 months

Outside the US, the rest of the world  is content with a greatest hits  tour and will  gladly pay to see them.

They got the recording done already, the mixing should be done by the time they get on the road and so I see no problem here.

They will play the places in the world that have not seen them recently, so their popularity will be  high and people will be satisfied  just to hear the old material. But unless  they have  a new album before a new  US tour, they will not draw  well. But then again, they just  might. They didn't come to my city on the '06 tour, so I would see them no matter  what they were playing.

i think they should call it sometihng else having to do with china like "The Lomain Tour"  :rofl:

I believe CD will be out before another 'world tour' starts. maybe a couple shows here and there, but IMO not another world tour.

greatest hits with Better, Chinese Democracy and Madagascar? Nah, they've been playing Chinese Democracy songs, so... ;)

yes, 80% of the setlist is old stuff...all greatest hits......
