they had two children.  Guess what the son's name was?

AXL

and it was spelled that way too!  Not Axel as it's spelled in Europe (I think anyway).

I made a comment "oh, that's a cool name.  That's the name of my favorite singer."

And the mother said, "oh yeah, that's right."


He was a cute little kid too. :peace:

Naming you kid after your fave rock singer is a bit creepy.

Just name him Chris.

Maybe they liked the movie Beverly Hills Cop and they got the name from the character Eddie Murphy played.  Didn't ask.

I just think it's cool that I met someone and their son had that name. :peace:

 

Speaking of doctors, i went to my doctors office wearing a Use Your Illusion shirt and the nurse asked me, "Does anyone listen to Guns N' Roses anymore?"

Its cool that his name was Axl, its a great name, and it wouldn't take that much effort to learn to write.

My wife was not cool with the name Axl.   :'(

Don't think I didn't consider trying to get her to fall in love with the middle name Xavier...if I was able to do that, I could have thrown in an A first name seeing as how my last name begins with an L...well, you can put it together!
