Title: question about axl for those who know................ Post by: snakepiter on February 15, 2007, 12:40:20 PM Is it true that axl was in a mtv commercial announcing some game......where you could see him on top of a piano holding a bottle on his hand??? kind of like making fun about the time that he was playing piano at night and a neighbor knock on his door and told axl to stop playing....and axl threw a bootle to the neighbor ....the neighbor pressed charges....but axl didn't go to court because the bottle was never found......how much of this is true???

axl had a fight with his neighbor during which she alleged he threw her keys off the balcony and smashed her over the head with his wine bottle. then, there was a contest on mtv to win axl's condo. i guess axl couldn't stand living next to her any more (or just wanted to move out of a condo and into a house) and figured the best revenge was for his ex neighbor to end up with a rabid gn'r fan as his replacement. i think he sold the condo to mtv who gave it away as the prize in a contest back when mtv used to have lots of contests. i think they gave away bon jovi's childhood house and a little pink house with john cougar, stuff like that. anyway, i remember the commercial, axl in the condo saying, "if these walls could talk...." it was a pretty funny commercial. does anyone have a youtube link to that?
